Always great going back in time to the country to stay at Eddys. Place was clean and quiet, could not have had a better time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax out in the countryside
Beautiful 2 bedroom cottage set on (maybe)a hobby farm. Easy to locate(20min) from Kyneton. Great place if you want quietness but needing to close to town.
Even though we only stayed one night - for a wedding - this would be a lovely place to stay for a few days - especially with kids. A delightful rural setting.
My kids and I spent a great Easter weekend there. Eddy was a excellent host, very accomodating, the place is exactly as described and conveniently located not far to Kyneton but in a peaceful and beautiful place, perfect to relax for a few days. Will gladly come back!
only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed.very good communication with the owner and everything was set uo well for us. We would stay there again.
Lovely rural outlook, great to sit outside and listen to the birds. Very comfortable beds.

We have stayed here twice now. The cottage is really cute, Eddy texts you and gives excellent clear instructions and you have the cottage entirely to yourself. It's well appointed, comfortable and close to Kyneton. We will hopefully be back!
This is an beautifully finished rammed earth cottage set in a quite rural area. It was pleasantly warm in the middle of winter and all our needs were met for a comfortable stay.
Exactly as descibed and so nice.
Rammed earth is brilliant.
Warm, great bed, and great amenities.
Was a great compliment to central Victorian acitivies
What a great little cottage. This is one time when the reality is exactly like the photos. I would highly recommend it for a overnight stay or a weekend away.
Property was clean and cosy, and host Eddy was very helpful. Perfect for just one night. Note that there is no lounge room - just two bedrooms (one with a table and chairs) and the bathroom.
Clean and comfortable, with room for two couples, this cottage has all that you need for a few relaxing days in the Victorian countryside. The attention to detail is an added bonus, with bathroom items provided, plenty of towels, warmly heated on arrival, and a few chocolates to enjoy as you take in the lovely view of the property, with sheep, native birds and rabbits adding to the delightful ambience. Friendly and timely communication from host, Eddy, gives you the feeling you are in good hands. Have stayed twice and will definitely stay again.

Eddy was a great host and allowed us to check in earlier to accommodate for us to get ready before the wedding with no rush.
The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the property was very clean with the pleasant surprise of little chocolates and biscuits waiting for us. 1st time I have stayed at a place like this and it was definitely a great experience to book again.
Thank you Eddy
My wife and 12 yo son stayed there on the long weekend. Meticulous modern cottage. It was super clean with attention to detail that we had not seen anywhere else..range of shampoos, chocolates, coffee pods, wifi, air con and the list goes on. Eddy obviously has put so much thought into this place with TLC. We were worried it was too far from Kyneton but just a short scenic 10 min drive. Peaceful with stunning rural views.each room had modern TV and fridge as well.It was a great experience and wish my house was as nice as this!
We enjoyed our stay. Nice location, comfy bed. The downside was the cleanliness. The shower had a lot of shampoo and conditioner bottles in it, some practically empty. There was used soap and toothpaste in the shower. The appliances needed a good clean. One of the coffee machines had green water in the canister and used pods. Small things, easy to rectify.
This was our second stay at this excellent, character-filled rammed-earth cottage and we will be back again. The rooms look out across peaceful countryside and the only sound is birdsong. It is completely private from the main building.
Parking is at the door. The spacious main room has a king bed, table & chairs and an area for making coffee and breakfast + a microwave. There is an adjacent BBQ area with another table and chairs.
The second bedroom is also quite roomy and has a Q bed. It also has coffe/tea making facilities and a microwave. Hanging space is very limited.
I recommend this cottage as a really good place to use as a base for touring the Kyneton area or visiting friends, as we did.

Beautifully situated cottage on a peaceful farm, with sheep grazing nearby, crisp country air, and beautiful birdsong. Eddy was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
