Weekend getaway

Great location for a getaway

Peaceful with great views

Such a peaceful location for a relaxed weekend. A very clean and well equipped cottage. The highlight was the views across the valley and reservoir. Standing on the deck with a glass of wine watching the surrounding hills was a delight.

Relaxing experience.

Our third visit to the cottage was just as delightful as the previous ones. Ian and Ruth were as helpful as ever, making our stay enjoyable. The stunning view, tranquil atmosphere, and peaceful surroundings ensured a relaxing experience. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Friends weekend getaway

Ian was a terrific host. Very generous with his communication, his time and use of his cottage. The cottage was positoned in a tranquil setting with spectacular views of the surrounding hills and waterways. Sunrise and sunset spectacular. Thankyou Ian for sharing a beautiful part of Victoria with us. We would love to return in the future.

Relax and unwind at 'Mount View'

Exceptional stunning views of sunrise/sunset, and beautiful mountain views. Beautiful cosy and warming cottage.The hosts Ian and Ruth were very warm and inviting greeting us on arrival and were there if anything was needed. We highly recommend Mount Views in Springhill Kyneton for a great escape, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful place, if you are looking for serenity, picturesque views and more this is the place to stay. Frank and Michelle

Had a great two-night stay at this warm and cozy place with astonishing views right outside the window. Ian is a wonderful and thoughtful host who provided us with a peaceful retreat away from the city noise and prepared everything we might need for a comfortable stay.When the weather is nice, you can take a walk or hike on the little hill at the farm, and when it’s not, you can simply stay inside with a cup of hot tea or coffee, enjoying the beautiful view of the hillside from the warm room.Truly an amazing experience. Best Hosts Ever

There is nothing to say about the view and the cleanliness of this place, cause it’s the one of the best place I’ve been stay so far. Hosts are amazingly friendly and they even offered early checkin and late checkout without we were asking. We will definitely be there again.. Thank you Ian and Ruth..

Breathtaking views

We absolutely loved our stay at Macedon Ranges Views. Ian and Ruth were absolutely lovely and made us feel most welcome. The view was just spectacular. The house was clean and had everything we needed as well as a 2L bottle of milk which was so thoughtful indeed. The beds were really comfy and warm. We will definitely be back again!

Very Nice

Some places you stay are all about telling you what you CAN'T do. Ian and Ruth and are about letting you know what you CAN. Tehy are very accommodating and we had a really nice stay. Ian and Ruth had excellent communication, the house was clean and tidy and comfortable. They have a fire and a split system which works well to heat the house. The wind can definitely cut through outside, so I can recommend warm clothes.
