Nice property overall, lake access was a bit tenuous and the boat dock was a 30 min drive away. Decently comfortable beds and furniture. Hot tub was nice, and also having access to the huge neighborhood pool was awesome
We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential items we needed to cook our meals, and the dining area was perfect. The place is plenty spacious with lots of sitting areas, and the views are great from this quiet neighborhood. The king bed upstairs was really comfortable but all the rest were really stiff and uncomfortable.
We rented this place for Christmas because it is close to our kids. It was a wonderful time. The kids came and brought the grandkids for a visit there was tons of room to play games. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen to prepare meals. It was a very nice place. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. Will definitely stay again in the future.
The area was beautiful and the home fit all our needs. The lake was clean and quick access to Caney River. The only downfall was the driveway. It was very steep which made parking tricky but we figured it out. Overall, lovely place if you want to get away!

Great weekend but a bit of a haul to our boat. The place needed to be touched up a little, there were spider webs and bugs around like no one had been there for a while.
We needed a place to stay for a crossfit comp in Cookeville and chose this location. My wife, our coach and myself made this home for 4 nights. It was perfect. It's not brand new but still in good shape. The driveway is steep, because the time of year (not many around) we parked on the street everynight. No issues at all. Check in and out, very easy.
The location felt secluded yet was within a family friendly environment. You felt like you were in a treehouse. Particularly enjoyed the screened porch and all of the comfortable furniture and bedding. The driveway was a bit challenging, but doable. The coffee maker was a Keurig, and we were not notified of that. The hot tub was clean and comfortable and perfect for a cool rainy evening. Kitchen was well appointed. It was was easy, working in Center Hill Realty who manages the property
The house is really nice and well done. We liked the funky layout and different areas to hang out. The walk down to the lake's edge is very fun if you don't have mobility issues. It was decently stocked and had everything we needed for a short stay.
There was 1 major issue - the TV. It was mentioned in other reviews but the fact that you are limited to basic cable on vacation is not ok in 2024. We don't watch TV, don't care anything about it but if it is bad weather at a lake house then you would like to be able to watch a movie. An upgraded TV is not an expensive change to give people the ability to login to their own streaming account if you don't provide one.
Having stayed in the same development in a different property, this place is not worth the money and needs updating. It is general dated. There’s not a view of the lake at all. The tv’s are old and do not support streaming. We were not left a pool key and had to request it and wait hours for someone to bring us one. There were not enough towels for the house. The master bath needed repairs and you couldn’t use the bath only the shower. The decks are poorly/barely furnished and only one is screened in. There are so many better properties at the same cost in the same neighborhood, this one was a big disappointment.
I stayed here with 8 girls over the weekend and we all loved it! Easy check in and out, super clean, beautiful neighborhood, and very close to the lake. It’s a short, steep hike down to the water and it is rocky when you get down there so make sure you’re up for a little adventure! We brought some river tubes and floated most of one day! The coffee maker is a Keurig so we ended up bringing our own pot but other than that there were plenty of dishes, cooking supplies, towels, etc. I would definitely go back!
Great Place. A little bit away from everything. Stairs and slope getting into house is not for anyone that has trouble walking. We had a great time.

My Favorite Memory is a very nice home nestled in the trees above Center Hill Lake. The home is very well maintained and comfortable, with nice decor and amenities throughout the house. Photos of the home are accurate, and as shown, there is not a view of the lake from any of the main rooms, only a peek-a-boo view from the climb-up loft, so you are surrounded by green and I imagine it would be lovely as well in the fall colors. I would recommend this home, although be aware that it (and the entire development) is built on very steep grades and would not be easily accessible for anyone with mobility limitations. Unloading luggage and groceries from the street down the driveway into the home was challenging, even for the fit young adults in our group, and would be very difficult in rainy or icy conditions. Fun home for families with older teens, or fit adult groups, however not the most convenient setting for families with small children or seniors.
