The remaining two bedrooms are located downstairs with another queen room and a tri bunk room. Both feature their own split systems.
The single lock up garage provides secure storage for your jetski, surfboards, bikes or any other beach gear. For added convenience, a laundry is located at the end of the hallway, complete with a washing machine and clothes drying rack. A rear door opens directly to the private backyard, which includes a deck which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining on warm summer evenings.
