Step inside and discover a warm, welcoming space that captures the charm of seaside living. This classic Inverloch townhouse offers three comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to seven guests. Perfectly located, it’s just a two minute drive to the town center and only 500 meters from the beach.

Walk upstairs to see the bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Tastefully decorated, the living area contains a flat screen TV, a reverse cycle air conditioner and opens out onto a deck and balcony area where you will hear the waves and smell the fresh sea air. The master bedroom, also located upstairs offers a modern queen bed and a large ensuite. The ensuite is light and bright and provides a shower, vanity and toilet. The remaining two bedrooms are located downstairs with another queen room and a tri bunk room. Both feature their own split systems.

The single lock up garage provides secure storage for your jetski, surfboards, bikes or any other beach gear. For added convenience, a laundry is located at the end of the hallway, complete with a washing machine and clothes drying rack. A rear door opens directly to the private backyard, which includes a deck which is perfect for relaxing or entertaining on warm summer evenings.
