The space was well equipt with more than just the neccesities throughout the house. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well about the check in and check out process. We loved the accommodations.
We had a great stay in Tucson. The place was spacious and clean, comfortable beds & bedding, the neighborhood felt safe and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.

Very clean big home
Good quiet location loved the back yardNice big comfortable rooms
Centrally located home in south Tucson. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, private backyard, quiet neighborhood. Only 7 miles away from Saguaro National Park East. Everything you need for a great vacation.
Location was safe and quiet. 15 min drive to Suaro National Park East and easy access to Air Force Museum. Enjoyed the private yard with BBQ, fire pit and listening to the pair of hooting owls.
This was the absolute perfect place for a long weekend while visiting family in Tucson. My husband, 3 year old son, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and I all stayed, and we had plenty of space, were able to make ourselves breakfast each morning in the well-stocked kitchen, and the entire property was very kid-friendly. My son absolutely loved the lemon tree in the backyard. It was bright, clean, and spacious. Highly recommend!

Awesome house and property
We stayed here for a week and loved it! The house is bright, well decorated, very well stocked, and super clean. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood. The backyard is amazing. It is private, with a covered patio as well as sunny sitting areas. The parking is covered, and tall enough to allow our Jeep with a roof box to fit. Turnkey Pro was proactive and great to communicate with.
Everything was great with the exception of the mattresses. They were not comfortable.

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, location
Disappointing
If you are looking for a step up from your college dorm this is fine. Most of the neighborhood have bars on their windows. The hot water heater gurgles which is by the bedrooms. The shower curtain was not clean. The kitchen sink had been painted and the paint was coming off. We had planned to stay two nights but left after the first night.

Hi Eve, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our property seriously. - We wish you had reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning crew to resolve your concerns and make your stay more comfortable.- Our listing reflects the layout of the home, though we’re sorry if you were caught off-guard. - We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property, so the features you see on the listing are accurately advertised, and guests can decide before booking if the home meets their expectations. - Our neighborhood is a safe family-friendly community full of mid-century-style homes and we're sorry that the window style didn't meet your preferences.- We have high standards of hospitality and prioritize every guest experience by doing all we can to accommodate guests. - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests. - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!
My husband, adult daughter and I made the trek from D.C. to Tucson to visit our freshman kiddo at UofAZ. We had visited twice before and wanted to stay in a different part of Tucson, with close proximity to walking trails and Saguaro National Park. We had a great experience all around. The property was just as advertised, and very comfortable and clean. Great kitchen, grill, patio and laundry set up, and great work spaces. Everything we needed! We would highly recommend the property and a visit in mid January!
This house is clean, located in a quiet subdivision (perfect for a morning walk). Check in and check out communication was clear and accurate. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to dine in a few meals during our five night stay. We often rent homes and it is important that the house is marketed accurately. This house was exactly as expected.

Best stay ever!
I really enjoyed our stay at the Evolve Quiet Desert Gem in Tucson Arizona. What an incredible place. The renovations were done to a very high standard. The house included everything we needed in terms of cooking supplies and cleaning supplies. The house was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The wifi was also adequate, although could have been a little stronger in areas and a little faster. I would absolutely stay in that home again and I am already booking another Evolve rental.
