We're quiet, friendly and love to travel. Our native language is English, but also speak French, some Cantonese, as well as a little Mandarin and Spanish. We embrace all cultures and lifestyles, having lived in places as diverse as Lille (France), Indonesia, New York, Hong Kong, London, Taipei, and Thailand. We look forward to making your stay with us as pleasant, convenient, and affordable as possible (local hotels $200 - $500 night). We’re just a regular Canadian family.

Combining spectacular natural beauty and a prime waterfront location, Vancouver has captivated the imagination of travelers the world over. Surrounded by the Pacific Ocean and the Coastal Mountains, Mother Nature pulled out all the stops when she created “Canada’s Golden Child”. Vancouver is an experience, not a vacation, and you have to see it to believe it.
At Dejavu you are just steps away from an adventure that you’ll treasure forever…

If you're looking for a clean room in a safe and convenient neighborhood close to both the airport as well as the bustling culture and plethora of dining options that central Richmond has to offer, then make our home your home.
We are just steps to the bus stop. From there it's a 5-minute ride to Richmond Center and the Canada Line which whizzes you downtown in less than half an hour. We are less than 10 minutes from Vancouver and also from the airport by car. You will have use of the outdoor pool (seasonal), deck and outdoor fireplace. We offer wifi and free visitor parking.
We have a small dog who is very friendly and well-behaved. Be forewarned, he will probably bark at you upon your arrival, but give it a couple of minutes and he'll be wanting you to play ball with him. Our little guy is non-shedding so people allergic to pet fur are typically fine around him.
Amenities & Details:
• Thermostat / Heater in Room • Dishwasher • Swimming Pool (seasonal) • WIFI • Microwave • Hot Water Kettle • Parking On Site & free overflow • Toaster • Towels
We do our best to keep nature out, but we do not use pesticides in or around the home. Sometimes nature happens and you should be ok with that before booking.
We’re more a guest / farmhouse than BnB., with a twist of Fawlty Towers sprinkled in. We don’t claim to be perfect, but we do offer an authentic, budget friendly experience with a regular Canadian family.
• Your room has a locking door with keys, so come and go as you please. Integrate or isolate. No worries.

Hosts could not have been more accommodating: Tammy kept a good line of communication and Will even helped me clear frost from my car's window. The room was as pictured: clean, big, and comfortable.
This was a perfect base while being close to the airport and really close to the local transit system to get around the city. Perfect home, quiet neighbourhood and great hosts. Would highly recommend.
What a wonderful place to Stay in the heart of Richmond. Wonder peaceful stay to launch out and experience Vancouver. Very comfortable, Thank you for sharing your home 😊
My son and I came for a family event and were pleased with the accommodations. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We were only there to sleep most days, but we were able to do so safely and comfortably in a new city.
Tammy and Will are outstanding hosts. They operate what I viewed as a bed and breakfast style accommodation from their personal home. They were patient with the American and his many questions and they flew the American flag on July 4th. There is a strong sense of family and community. The Richmond area is a well settled suburban area of Vancouver. You will need to be able to walk for food and amenities. The bus and train are easy to access. I highly recommend staying with Tammy and Will if you are a solo traveler looking to explore Vancouver.
We brought our car. Good location for our purposes with
shopping opportunities and a variety of relatively inexpensive Asian restaurants. Our hosts, Will and Tammy, were friendly and accommodating.
