Charming apartment in peaceful villa near Porto-Vecchio
The apartment (77 m²) that we offer is located on the ground floor of a recent villa (ceiling height 2.10 m) and very quiet on a wooded ground. 5 minutes away you can enjoy the beaches of Saint Cyprien, Cala Rossa, Benedettu and 10 minutes from the beach of Pinarellu.
The accommodation is fully equipped with removable shutters, mosquito nets, fans-coolers, DVD player, Wi Fi, TNT. The 2 bedrooms that compose it are independent and the bedding is very comfortable. The main bathroom has 2 basins, walk-in shower, and toilet and another bathroom with toilet and washing machine are at your disposal.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, hood, espresso and nespresso machine, fridge + freezer.
Linen is free (sheets, towels), and baby equipment is available on request.
For your comfort the beds will be made upon your arrival.
A shaded terrace of 35 m² with pergola, barbecue, table + chairs, deckchairs, outdoor solar shower will allow you to have lunch and dinner quietly.
You benefit from private parking.
