New listing located in the heart of Okanagan Centre! Surrounded by towering pine trees, golf courses, orchards and vineyards, Okanagan Centre is Lake Country's paradise for boating, golfing, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, hiking and more!

Our vacation home is just steps away to 3 km of pristine beaches in a natural setting, and lakeside trails connecting you to the public boat launch, the safe harbour/fishing dock, the Salty Caramel Café, ice cream and stand-up paddle board rentals, and OK Centre Park with playground and museum, all with a charming, small town kindness. You can walk to all of these amenities within minutes from the property.

Enjoy morning coffee on your private lake view deck off of the master bedroom or relax in the shade and enjoy a glass of locally crafted wine on our newly constructed timber frame deck offering beautiful summer sunset views. The yard is well maintained providing guests a lovely semi-shaded greenspace to enjoy on those hot Okanagan afternoons. Upon entering the home you will notice the open concept and floor to ceiling windows, providing incredible views of Okanagan Lake and forested mountains. The living room is comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating. With a natural gas BBQ and full kitchen amenities you'll enjoy sharing meals on the rustic farmhouse dining table with seating for 8.

Tour the area and experience local award winning wineries such as Gray Monk, Ex Nihilo, Arrow Leaf, Blind Tiger, and Intrigue all within a 5 minute drive from the property. For the golf enthusiast, enjoy a lovely scenic drive to Predator Ridge only 20 minutes away.

The property, only 20 minutes away from Kelowna and Vernon and 15 minutes from the Kelowna International Airport, makes this location the most desirable in the Okanagan Valley.

Wonderful stay!

The house was comfortable, warm and inviting. Plenty of space. The decks were wonderful, and many hours were spent enjoying the view and each other. Kitchen was well stocked, the only thing mentioned was that a microwave would've been useful! We woll definitely stay there again!

Spacious home with a beautiful view

This house is in a great location, the lake is steps away and it’s an easy drive to get groceries and supplies. The deck is huge and offers a dining table and seats with a lake view. The beds are comfortable and hosts are responsive. I highly recommend!

Nice location

Location was great. The fridge and the floor was not clean when we got there. We had to empty the dishwasher when we got there as well. Dirty rags were hanging on the shelves in the laundry room. The place could use a microwave and more towels to make the stay more enjoyable.

And absolute gem of a property by the lake! We could not have been happier. It was clean, attractive and well stocked with everything we would need. Our host was always available for any help we needed. The Lakeview was just as shown in the pictures. The covered deck to the side provided us with a wonderful start to our day and an unwinding time in the evening. Our children joined us there and we totally enjoyed our stay. We are already talking about going back next summer! Thank you so much to our hosts for a fantastic two week stay. A big thumbs up!

Great quiet location (overlooking Okanagan Lake) steps away from the water, the property was exceptionally well equipped with everything you might require, comfortable beds, lovely deck at side of the house with a seating area as well as table and chairs for eating out, communication with the owners was excellent with responses to inquiries answered quickly. We would definitely go back.

Family Vacation

The house was great--big enough for 4 adults and 2 children with enough space for everyone. The house is located up the street from the lake; however, the steep driveway made it difficult to pack all the kids' beach gear back and forth so we ended up driving a few minutes down the road to Pebble or 4th Street beach. Definitely bring water shoes. Overall it is a great house for a family.

Family getaway

We just finished a wonderful 4 nights in okanogan centre. The house was perfect for evenings on the deck and multiple daily swims. Wine country, orchards, and quaint okanogan centre made our trip so memorable. Bronwyn (propert manager) was very helpful and so pleasant. We would definitely recommend this property if your looking for easy access to water, vineyards, orchards and the sound of crickets in the evening.
