With stunning views looking out over the beautiful bay & mountains, our spacious 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (can be 2 separate suites if desired) at Pacific Shores nature resort is a wonderful place to rest or from which to explore all that the Nanoose Bay & Parksville area has to offer. Sleeps 6, with a fully equipped kitchen, and in-suite laundry. Located a 7-minute drive from Rathtrevor Beach & a 9-minute drive from Parksville beach. Ideally positioned for both beach and forest walks.

We had a lovely stay, and enjoyed sitting outside looking at the water and sunset, & relaxing indoors, and using the kids pool and hot tub. Also had everything we needed in the unit, plus dishes & toys for kids.

very nice complete package--good walking trails, right on bay, beautiful sunsets, nice pool, hot tub, sauna readily available, excellent restaurant on site with great food, reasonable prices, adequate kitchen and nearby grocerydid not get to try kayaks--only available weekends in June

We had a great stay. Beautiful location, all the amenities you need, comfortable beds and furniture and a great outside area. Really appreciated having coffee provided. Also….the fan came in handy for the unexpectedly hot weather. We will be back.

Overall there is nothing bad with this VBRO, but it felt like a well used rental. It could use some updates. Outside pool access was not provided clearly (code found on scrap paper in a drawer on the way out), one pool access card needed ty be reset (would be helpful if they left a note saying "cell phone will deactivate access card"1 working TV, 1 non working TV.Headboard vinyl peeling & all over the floor or you if you touched it. GrossStunning views & love the overall location.Not enough supplies. We booked 10 days and had supplies for about 3 days. Had to buy:Toilet paperPaper towelsDish soapGarbage bagsAlso no shampoo/conditioner (we travel with our own, but every previous VBRO has had at least cheap options available). The fridge is TINY (not a mini fridge but the smallest "full size" fridge I've ever seen. Not enough room for a family staying a week. Resulted in multiple shopping trips/ waste time. Freezer took 24 hours to freeze ice cubes.Washing machine is very squeaky and ruined several items is clothing. (Oil stains)Outside of this owners control there were a few disappointing things; hot tub closed at least 4 days, disappointing for kids as pool is not warm.Extremely loud people upstairs. We've stayed at this location in a different unit. Would come back to the location, but probably not this unit. Overall this was OK, but the price was too high for the lack of supplies & overall state of the unit.

Lovely condo. Very clean. Awesome location and amenities. A little outdated but that doesn’t matter and is reflected in the price compared to others we have stayed in. We will be back I hope!!
