3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse in convenient, central Point Lookout.

This property is a holiday rental and is not a principal place of residence with no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

Popular Bigoon Road is in central Point Lookout within easy walking distance to the attractions on offer.

Features of "Myralla":

On the ground floor is the living area with the kitchen which is adequately set up for a family holiday including an underbench oven, rangehood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and recently new cooktop. The combined dining and lounge room open onto an outdoor area where there is a Weber BBQ. The laundry (front load washing machine) is on this level  as is a second toilet.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, pedestal fan, TV, 2 way bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan and bedroom 3 has 1 single bed and ceiling fan.

Off the upstairs hallway is a balcony which is an ideal spot to escape to, to read or relax away from the activities going on in the living room.

There is open parking on the driveway and the yard has a low fence so a small dog is permitted.

Linen is supplied and beds are made on arrival.

Pets Allowed -however no more than two (2) dogs on any property.

Cleaning is included in the tariff at this property.

Stradbroke is amazing
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ok

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have already told your receptionist that the property is unsuitable to rent as the first room is so full of mouldy books that it is unsafe, dangerous to everyones health. I locked that door. All the books no matter how precious the ART books are to the owners , they need to be removed . Otherwise, i found it a convenient place to stay at North Stradbroke & i was satisfied with rest of amenities. Downstairs was clean.
