Our apartment is located within a beautiful modern community in the New Albany area.
The apartment community is quiet and peaceful, and it's in the perfect location for an easy commute to anything in the Westerville or New Albany areas. It's also just a 2 minute drive from the freeway for quick access to all of Columbus.
You'll love being right around the corner from the new Target, a 5 minute drive from dozens of restaurants in the North Hamilton Road area, and just 10-15 minutes from Easton Town Center (one of the city's hottest dining and shopping areas).
As our guest, you'll also enjoy access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse...including the fully-equipped fitness center, the coffee machine, and outdoor pool. We have a great relationship with the on-site staff (we have a contract with them), so you'll feel right at home enjoying these perks.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay.
After booking, you'll receive full check-in details.
We make self check-in super easy. You can park in any of the open spots directly along our building. Then unlock the apartment door via keypad using your code from the check-in details (code changed for every guest).
Once inside, you'll also find physical apartment keys on the kitchen counter which you can use as backup.

You'll need a car to get around, or you can use Uber or Lyft.
Please note that the trees/brush along the patio have been cleared to make way for new apartments. There's still green space in front of the patio, but the view from the patio and windows now looks out at parking areas with new apartments in the distance (they were just built a few months ago). We will have new pro photos done soon but wanted to give you a heads-up in advance. :)
This home is located in a 100% smoke-free community, so please note that no smoking (of any kind) is allowed anywhere…including our balcony, breezeways, parking lots, etc.
Cats and dogs <75 lbs are welcome to join you during your stay (2 pets max) but must be approved in advance. An extra $10/night pet fee will be required. No commonly restricted breeds please. A copy of recent vet records will be required for dogs.
Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know!

Great stay!
Wonderful apartment for our short stay! Well appointed kitchen , comfortable apartment with a great little terrace that backs up to a wooded area. We loved to sit outside in the evening and wait for the deer to go by. Simple on line process for check in and out. Very responsive and helpful staff that took care of all our questions and needs. We hope to be back again next year!

Responsive, flexible and in great location!
We are so appreciate of Epicurean Properties for providing a quick solution to our short-term turned long-term temporary housing need. We began the building process of our dream home and never imagined the delays and road bumps ahead due to Covid. Epicurean was flexible and gave us the best of both worlds-a reliable housing solution in a great location without the worry of having to commit to a lease that could end in a potential expensive buy-out.
