Welcome to Seaglass. A piece of sea glass is a treasure the lucky few find along the Oceanside. We hope you find your treasure when you arrive at our lovely condo. Decorated in a coastal style inspired by the colors of sea glass, our condo has a warm and relaxed feel.

Property Details:

We are located on the 2nd floor of a two story building in the Pohailani complex. Seaglass has a reserved parking space, free wifi and no hidden resort fees.

Seaglass has a full kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances including fridge (built in ice maker), stove, microwave, dishwasher AND a wine cooler. Dishware, cookware and all the extras are provided so you can make all your favorite recipes - Maui style!

The stunning kitchen opens up into a vaulted ceiling living room. Here you can enjoy the 50" Smart HDTV wall mount, and Bose speaker set (for inside condo use only please) from the comfort of our woven sofa. A tropical ceiling fan creates comfortable air movement along with the ocean breeze from the lanai.

The lanai (balcony) at Seaglass is a getaway all on it's own. A majestic Golden Rain tree provides shade and privacy to this peaceful space. Dining is done "al fresco" on our teak wood table and there are several comfortable armchairs to relax in and enjoy local coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine in the evening. A sign on the wall that states "This is my Happy Place" says it all...

When the day is done and it's time to unwind, the bedrooms at Seaglass are sure to help everyone get a good nights rest. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds with hotel quality pillow top mattresses and linens. If you're not quite ready to turn in, the master bedroom also has a 42" television where you can catch a movie. Each bedroom is set up to accommodate 2 people,. Although often not necessary due to ceiling fans and ocean breezes, we have a/c units in each bedroom.

The bathroom at Seaglass has a large tiled shower and luxury shower-head. Washcloths, towels and beach towels are provided to all guests. The complex also offers a large coin operated laundry facility just across the green space if you are looking to do laundry.

Our unit comes with a guest parking spot located close to our building. There are also extra guest parking spots available to all of the units on a first come first serve basis. These are located directly beside our building. Please note we have 1 ring doorbell camera at the front door. This is used for security reasons only.

Our rental agreement cost is based on a maximum of 4 guests. Rates can change without notice until rental is confirmed with the owners.

Located in the heart of Kahana, this peaceful condo boasts an excellent location overlooking the lushly landscaped Pohailani resort. Wander through the grounds and you will notice a variety of fruit trees (mango, banana and star fruit to name a few) and local flora. Pohailani offers much more than the beautiful views - 2 pools, a tennis and basketball court , 3 BBQ areas (oceanfront and poolside). The oceanfront area also has picnic tables and loungers for you to enjoy the beautiful west Maui sunsets! All of this is located within a 5 minute walk to the ocean and sandy beaches. There are numerous beaches in walking or driving distance from the resort - Kahana Beach (walking distance), Kaanapali Beach (West Maui's "signature" beach) and Napali Beach to name a few. We have provided sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and boogie boards to make your "getaway" that much easier.

The Kahana area has numerous restaurants and shopping and a very "small town" feel to it so you can feel comfortable walking and exploring. We are also located only 10 minutes from Lahaina. Lahaina is one of the most historic towns in the state of Hawaii with over a thousand years of rich history. Lahaina Front Street has been ranked one of the "Top Ten Greatest Streets" and has an excess of fantastic restaurants, shopping and ambiance!!

Great Property

We really enjoyed the property. Has everything you need for a great relaxing staying while in Maui! Only negative comment I would have is parking is terrible - I could barely fit my mustang into the spot provided and kept getting blocked in by other vehicles. Other than that I would highly recommend - it is a great property!

My family and I are residents here and we are currently renovating a few rooms in my home so we decided to turn it into a staycation! We were here for the weekend and this exceeded our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent and thorough with all the info we needed. quaint hideaway

cute condo for a a group of 4 adults and a baby. You can walk to the beach in about 5 mins. Lots of beach gear for adults and children! The condo can get warm since there are 3 window air conditioners but it’s hawai’i afterall. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds and the owner was very accessible through our trip. would recommend!

We decided to stay at Seaglass for our first trip to Maui, and I cannot express how grateful I am that we did! The location was perfect. So close to everything, yet removed enough that you felt like you had your own space and room to unwind. Jodi has done an incredible job with decorating! The condo is family friendly, yet we truly felt like we were in our own little paradise! Everything we needed was on hand and in immaculate condition! Thank you Jodi for a truly great experience, we did not want to leave and will be recommending your condo to all of our friends! We can't wait to return!

Tiny piece of heaven

The seaglass condo was perfect for our family of 3!!! Plenty of room. Had all major appliances. The lanai was where we spent most of our time when at the condo. Obstructed view of ocean due to a gorgeous tree but the walk to the ocean and the "secret beach" was close. Best part was the amazing communication from the host. Jodi is fantastic. Offered suggestions, assistance, checked in. Couldn't have asked for better on our 1st visit to Hawaii! Mahalo.

Tranquil and charming

Loved this place - would highly recommend to other travellers. Myself and my 2 daughters had an amazing vacation staying at Seaglass and enjoying the surrounding area. The condo was spotless and had all the comforts of home ( I was even able to slow cook chicken fajitas one day while we went to the beach!) The feel of the condo is warm and beachy. I would start each day on the beautiful lanai watching the birds and butterflies play having a fresh brewed Hawaiian coffee ( really enjoyed the coffee grinder to make fresh every day!) This is a very tranquil spot. My daughters would race for the pool and get out of the water long enough to jump in the car and head to whatever beach suited us for the day. There are so many to choose from and they are all super close to the condo. We enjoyed Slaughterhouse beach for the great boogie boarding waves, Napili beach just as an all around fantastic beach and went to baby beach for snorkelling. Thanks Jodi for the great recommendations as they were spot on! We plan on coming back as soon as we possibly can!

Great Location, Beautiful Lanai, Close to amazing beaches!

My partner and our two girls, 7 &10, had an amazing time staying at Jodi's place. The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms and bathroom were clean and well appointed. The condo has a beautiful view of the grounds which are full of trees, flowers, and there is a clean pool and grills to use. The coin operated laundry room is a bit of an expensive hassle but overall, we were thankful to have access to laundry services which can be an issue on a long vacation. While the living room and first bedroom AC units worked great, the master bedroom AC unit was extremely loud and was not very effective. All the AC units were dirty and filled with black soot/mold when we arrived and unfortunately that issue was never resolved during our stay which was a bit disappointing as they smelled badly of mildew. But they did manage to keep the condo cool when used! Please be aware if you have little children or you like to stay up late or get up early, there is a lovely family living downstairs that made a point to let us know in writing that they can hear everything we do upstairs...We are early risers so it was somewhat of a headache trying to be perfectly polite and quiet on vacation. Haha! Overall, we loved the space and would gladly stay at Jodi's place again! Definitely check out Secret Beach which is a 2 min walk from the condo (we saw a turtle!) We also really enjoyed getting take out from the Chinese restaurant located right next to the condo grounds! Mahalo again Jodi for the stay!

Nice unit and location

The owner obviously uses this place for family trips to the beach, and it is set up very nicely for a family. Well equipped and maintained. Be careful to read the rules as the HOA is very picky, but they're not hard to follow. The neighbor below likes to live without air conditioning and leaves all their windows open, so they're sensitive to noise, but we managed well-enough. The location and area is a great spot for a family vacation.

Great vacation!

Very cute condo! Located in a nice community near everything. Had everything we needed and felt like home after spending a few days at a resort. The kids could roam around and explore, the backyard 🥭 were such a treat! Beautiful sunset on the beach right across the street. I would love staying there again! I had no idea about the location and totally lucked out!

Wonderful cozy condo in a fabulous setting

My husband and I just spent 5 fantastic days in this lovely condo. Not only is it cozily decorated, it’s also full of everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Great Stay in Kahana

Our family of 3 stayed here for 2 weeks in February 2020, complex was clean and relatively quiet, the condo was as advertised and very comfortable and clean. Everything worked and communication with the owner was clear and complete. All told, great vacation property on West Maui, between the higher priced resort areas - easy to get to everything and very enjoyable.

Wonderful stay

Clean well appointed condo. EVERYTHING needed for a beach day is there. Including the beach. Snorkeling was fantastic and just short walk across the street. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner checked in on is a couple times via text just to confirm we were doing alright or if we needed anything. Beds were comfortable and towels were luxurious and fluffy.

First time to paradise

Our 1st first ever trip to Hawaii was so that mom could race at the Xterra world championship race. The location was perfect, 7min away from DT Fleming Beach park (race site). It was also close to our favorite beach in Napili which offered some shade for our baby. There was another beach within 200m from the place, so perfect for a quick dip. The place was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Perfect place for a family or group of friends to stay! Loved it.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at Sea Glass. It is in a nice, quiet location and easy to find. The condo is thoughtfully furnished and decorated and it had everything we needed for our stay. We liked the layout of the condo and found it easy to cook something and hang out after a long day of relaxing on the beach. We really appreciated that everything we needed to have fun on the beach was right there for us! The owner was super friendly and easy to contact if we needed something. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Looks just as pictured. Clean, clean, clean! A must as we stayed in and cooked and Netflix binged! A well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, bowls and cooking tools. All the basics seasonings and condiments you need. Lovely beach decor with little personal touches from the owner to make you feel at home.....while you’re away! Out of the hustle and bustle of Maui city life, serene and quiet. Look out the balcony and you feel like you’re in a tree house. We can’t wait to return on our next anniversary. Cute Kahana Family Getaway

What a fabulous place to spend a week in Maui! Centrally located and closed to everywhere we wanted to be. We really enjoyed having family meals on the the cool lanai. The nearby beaches and Maui Brewing were a big hit for the family. All of the recommendations from Jodi were spot on. Mahalo!

Owning a tropical getaway has been a dream for both of us. Ten years after getting married on the island of Maui we were able to make that dream reality. We love to travel and no matter where we go we always end up back at Maui. We love nothing more than combing the beaches and get the most excited finding a sea-worn piece of seaglass, the inspiration for our Maui property.

Why they chose this property

Maui is a beautiful place to visit any time of the year. We love this property and the surrounding area due to its proximity to all the best beaches, shopping and restaurants without actually having to stay right in the middle of it all. After a busy ( or not so busy -you decide) coming back to Seaglass is a tranquil space to relax in. Sit on our beautiful lanai and let the ocean breezes sooth your soul!

What makes this property unique

It’s a beautiful, tranquil space away from the really busy areas but close enough to enjoy when you want to. The grounds of Pohailani are like a park with fruit trees, herb bushes and tons of green space to enjoy and (for the kids) to play in. I love to wake up early and sit on our lanai sipping a Kona coffee and listen to the birds and the ocean waves. A morning walk is usually in order with many walking trails nearby or just head down the road. I like to make the 30 minute walk one way to the farmers market and pick up fresh baking and fruit for breakfast. After we plan out day - usually one of the many beaches that are within a 5-10 minute walk or drive away are part of the plan. Which beach to go to? It depends on if we want to snorkel, boogie board, surf, chill with the turtles, soak in the sun etc... We can find the perfect beach for any of these activities.
