Replace the busyness and hassles of daily life with an escape to beautiful Sandon Point. With a Hawaiian feel, surrounded by a frangipani and hibiscus garden and a mountain backdrop, you will feel like you have arrived in Hawaii (minus the jetlag). Feel your pulse rate drop as you settle into your comfy, coastal home away from home and take in the vista of the stunning Northern Illawarra coastline that extends all the way to the Royal National Park.
Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise; sip coffee on the deck thumbing through magazines or browsing social media (no work emails allowed); read a book in many of the reading nooks; steal a cheeky Champs at sunset on the upper balcony accompanied by a delicious cheese platter; or snuggle into the lounge around the fireplace with a red wine. Aloha Beachfront caters for all.
The house is 2 storey and has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. It also has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor which is ideal for guests who may find stairs difficult). This level also has a huge deck overlooking the ocean and garden. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, (one with ensuite), the main bathroom and another lounge/reading and TV space. It also has a large balcony with superb uninterrupted views of the beach and coastline.
The house sleeps 10 adults comfortably. It has WiFi, Netflix, Bar-B-Que, gas fireplace, table tennis table and laundry facilities. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. There is parking for 4 cars (2 in the garage and 2 on the driveway outside the garage).

I was raised and have lived locally in the Northern Illawarra all my life.
I love the area because of the proximity of the escarpment to the sea and how the holiday homes I proudly manage are amid both the coastline and bush.
Living in this area we are spoilt with spectacular views and wonderful scenic drives, beaches to surf and play in and an escarpment to explore and I love to share this with visitors to our region.
