About this property

Summary:
This beachfront home boasts phenomenal views of Rabbit Island and the beautiful Mount Beach. With the beach reserve across the road and shops & cafes a short walk away, it is easy to enjoy everything on offer in this very popular beach destination.

The Space:
A 1970's dwelling, renovated in 2010, the home has the capacity to sleep up to 12 guests in total. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 8 guests with one of the rooms having airconditioning. Upstairs there are another 2 bedrooms that can sleep up to 2 guests each. Both bedrooms upstairs come with its own ensuite. Please note that we provide fans for each bedroom but there is no airconditioning upstairs only in the downstairs bedroom.
The spacious living area is a great space to spend time in with its foodie’s dream kitchen and a good flow out onto the large deck where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views across the Mount beach. The property also comes with a plunge pool for relaxing or when you just want to cool down and is available for use between Labour weekend and the end of April.

Getting Around:
Main Mt Maunganui Beach, Mauao ( Mountain) and downtown are all within walking distance.

Baby equipment hire -
We can provide quality highchairs and porta-cots with clean fresh linen, these can be ready at your property in time for your stay.

Equipment incur a hire-age fee and need to be requested and confirmed.

We don't accept bookings from groups under the age of 25 years. We also have a strict no party policy so if you are planning on holding a party please look elsewhere. Failure to comply may result in your security deposit being withheld.

PLEASE NOTE:
The next door apartment block is undergoing construction maintenance so there could be some noise disruption weekdays . There is no construction on the weekends.
