This was a great place to stay for our Dreamspark experience. Owner was friendly and has a great working farm down the street. Fresh dozen eggs as welcome gift and amazing meat you can purchase! Highly recommend !!
Came up fo our grandsons 12th, weather was great. House was exactly as pictured. It’s one of those places you want to sit in every chair in every room and on every porch and we did.
What an amazing property. Terrific views and an outstanding house. An old farmhouse that has been updated brilliantly. Loved everything about our stay down to the cute country store on the farm. Owner was very easy to deal with. If we get back to Cooperstown we will definitely seek out this property.
This rental was exactly as described in the VRBO site--no surprises! The owner was gracious and very friendly--we enjoyed meeting her at her family's store just down the road. It was a spacious house and was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The little town nearby had a great diner and ice cream place that we went to--nice to get away from the congestion in Cooperstown during some of our stay. Overall, I would give this place a 10!
Traveled to Cooperstown to watch our grandson play baseball but wanted some room to spread out and enjoy the country with setting. Dream Weaver East did not disappoint!
My 4 year old grandson loved the “farm cabin” as he called it and spent hours watching the cows and playing outside.
The stars are incredible at night and the sound of nature so peaceful.
Great stay and a great hostess! Would love to visit again!
The space and special touches nuanced our trip in many ways. They had everything we could need that we might have forgotten to bring. I cooked five meals over the weekend with ease and we so enjoyed eating together, playing games, playing guitar and singing.
We were attending my nieces wedding. We thought it might be nice to invite some family to share the house with us. It was big enough. The area was quiet, very much in the country, but close enough to get to a town and the Glimmerglass park for the wedding. Everything was only a few minutes away. We all had a wonderful time.

Family Baseball Get-a-way
We traveled to Cooperstown to watch my grandson play baseball but wanted a peaceful place to gather when not at the ballpark. Dream Weaver East was everything they promised and more!
My grandson was obsessed with the cows and the stars at night were incredible!
We visited the market and had home cooked meals using fresh farm raised ingredients all week.
Anyone traveling to Cooperstown should consider this great little gem only a 20 min drive to Dreams Park along the beautiful lake!
Thank you for sharing this special “farm cabin” ( as my 4 year old grandson calls it) with us ❤️

A Little Bit of Country!
Rented this property for a family visit in Central NYS. It was perfect for our family-spacious with great bed arrangements, wonderful fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to have meals at "home"!
( Important when it's difficult to find accommodations for larger family groups when baseball events are in full swing).
Don't fail to check out the Dream Works market only a 1/2 down the road! Their meats and produce added to our enjoyment...too early for corn 🌽 but other produce available.
So many memories made and fun times!
Theresa was the greatest! So available and accommodating!
Peaceful countryside location with lots of outdoor space for relaxation and gathering!
Can't wait to return! And may thanks Theresa for a great visit! 👍

From the owner: "Thank you Rita for the kind words. We were so happy to accommodate your family! Its our pleasure to share the farm and country living with all of you. We appreciate that you visited our farm store and hope it made grocery shopping a little easier. Stay safe and hope to see you in the future!"
We rented this property as a family of 5 (children ages 4, 2.5, and 1) who needed a place to stay with a kitchen for a nearby wedding in Cooperstown. The house and the host exceeded our expectations. The house was clean, and provided more than enough room for our children to romp. The host Theresa left age appropriate toys and activities in the house for my toddlers (sand box with trucks in the garage?!? Huge win!). We purchased beef burger pattys from the dream Weaver Farm store and BBQed them up one evening - DELICIOUS. Very impressed with our rental experience.
We loved staying in this beautiful home, and are currently discussing a return trip!
the home was plenty big for extended family and the outdoor space has nice vistas. Kitchen os a bit small compared to the rest of the house but adequate for travel
Our two night stay was in July--so that we could take our son & grandson to the Baseball Hall of Fame. We were all delighted with the property! Having left the hustle and bustle of Niagara Falls the quiet of this countryside was heaven. We spent our day in Cooperstown then retreated here to throw the baseball, enjoy the view, eat pizza and relax. It was marvelous. The ONLY downside was that we were there during a record heatwave and the bedrooms are not air-conditioned. In the world as we knew it, that would have been no problem. It was still no problem, just a little warm. But owner provided extra fans and we were fine. We loved the property and wished we could have stayed longer just to savor being there. Thank you!
Country farmhouse crossed with a hunters lodge, this house had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids to spend time together, but also have space when needed.
Loved the sweeping, pastoral views - especially for sunrises and sunsets. The local farm stand offers fresh produce and meats, perfect for a bbq.
The location was a short drive to several local attractions, including Cooperstown, Ommegang brewery and nearby cider mills and wineries, as well as Sharon Springs home to Beekman 1802 kindness shop.
This was an exceptional stay from beginning to end. The house was immaculately clean and check in was a breeze. The space was perfect for our two families with toddlers. The kids loved playing wiffle ball and running around in the grass and the patio was ideal for a leisurely breakfast. We loved visiting the farm stand and Theresa was an excellent host. Easy drive to anything we wanted to do in Cooperstown. Highly recommend this rental and we hope to be back soon! Thank you!
Property has beautiful views and was very comfortable. There were a lot of flies in the house - dead and alive and the water had a sulfur smell.

Hi Ann, Thanks for letting us know about your stay! The owner has added a water aerator in addition to the water filtration and softener system, which has addressed the hard water & smell. They'd love to host you again, so please don't hesitate to reach out to our team the next time you visit Richfield Springs!
Perfect countryside gateway in a beautiful farmhouse
We stayed in this property during the 4 of July weekend.
It was perfect gateway, in a great house that is surrounded with huge fields and plenty of space to hang-out. We wandered the fields with the kids, enjoyed the amazing views and even had the chance to see wild deer.
The garage and its balcony are a great kick! Enables a please to BBQ and hang out even when it rains.
Theresa (the owner) was very kind and made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay. She also invited us to visit her farm and see some animals. We also bought delicious BBQ meat onsite!
Overall, it’s a great area to travel to, the way there as the region itself is simply breath taking!!
