Fantastic place for our family! Plenty of space, comfortable bedding, plenty of towels and very clean! If you’re visiting the Western suburbs, or plan on taking the train to downtown (which is a very short walk) this place is a gem!! The owners went above and beyond and were excellent communicators. So very nice! House is comfortable and impeccable. Wish we could have stayed longer. The kids loved the basement so much that we had to call them up for meals! Every bedroom had a bathroom. Plenty of closet space and hangers. The den space was great with great selection of games and books. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Great house in a very nice neighborhood

House was beautiful, well stocked with things we expected/needed, and very clean and tidy. Only issue was the rear door lock (which for us was actually the main entrance) was very finicky. It worked but caused some anxiety at first.Otherwise we had a wonderful stay in this lovely home.

Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here with my sisters and their husbands while we were in town for our cousins wedding. The place was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable. We were able to walk to downtown quickly as well as our aunt and uncles house just on the other side of Lake Ellyn.

Perfect for our needs!

This house was the perfect fit for us and our kids & grandkids. The location was fabulous, and each of the 3 bedrooms on the main floor had a en-suite bath! So convenient!! The house was cozy but actually had plenty of room - including a perfectly appointed basement that could entertain kids for hours. It’s easy to see that the owners are parents . . . They truly have thought of everything! We’ll definitely be back.

This is the second time I have stayed here with my husband, my sisters and their husbands. We love how close it is to downtown Glen Ellyn and our relatives houses. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The only thing we feel is missing is a TV upstairs in the living room. There is one in the basement but we didn’t really go down there. But other then that it was great and hope to stay there again in the future!

Great Stay

Easy check in. Me and my family arrived at the property around 4am and had no problems getting into the home with self check in. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. Probably the best thing about the stay. Was able to get ready in your room before mingling with your family with no interruptions. Play room was great for our children. They didn’t want to leave. Plenty of great toys for children. Good space for them to play downstairs. Love love love the neighborhood. It’s more of a suburbs area. It feels safe, nice and homey for my family. Without traffic you are 30/40 min from downtown not far at all. With traffic you are a good hour out from downtown. Overall the stay was great. Cannot complain about anything! 10/10

Graduation from Midwestern Dental School Week

The location for us was fabulous(we were going to Midwestern for hooding and graduation ceremonies-about a 20 minute drive). The proximity to the lake was nice for those of us who enjoyed walking, the downtown was great for those of us who enjoyed shopping and getting a bite to eat (Love Marché’s charcuterie boards and giardinera). It was easy to get on the roads to go into Chicago, too! The house gave us such great family time! Ample supplies, comfortable beds, plenty of room for those who still had to do work. I would give you 10/10 stars if :1. there had been garage space like you advertised in the listing, 2. there had been a dehumidifier downstairs(it felt cold and damp while watching TV), 3. there had been a few more storage containers/ wrap to cover food, 4. there had been enough dishes/silverware/chairs for 10 people to sit down and eat together, 5. rug in the pink room did not bunch up and trip me every time I walked across, 6. there had been enough washcloths for everyone( I think there were 4), 7. stone patio area had been trimmed (one of our guests got a tick from the long grass), 8. there had been a bench/luggage rack in each room for our suitcases to sit upon, 9. faucet in the downstairs bathroom was tightened/made it difficult to get the hot water to work, 10. a few hooks at adult height were in each bathroom to hang wet towels/clothes, 11. spiders were not in the corners, around the fireplace and under the shelf, and 12. there was TV upstairs.

Glen Ellyn house

The house rental was in a great, and safe location. The best part about this house is every room has a private bathroom which is a total luxury. My daughter was participating in a sports tournament all day and the house was a very welcoming place to go home to. Access to laundry was very helpful too. I highly suggest this place for a group of 4+

Perfect for Families

I picked this property for our multi generational stay for my Brother's wedding. I have two small children as well as a 91 year old Grandmother and this was the perfect set up for them. My kids didn't want to leave with all the fun toys they had and it was nice having toddler dishes to use as well. Having 4 full bathrooms was very convenient and rare to find. There were also plenty of towels and blankets which also can be rare at a rental home. It was nice having everything we needed and plenty of space. Thank you for hosting us!

We had 4 kiddos under the age of 4 and 6 adults during our 4 night stay visiting family. House was spacious and very kid friendly (pack n play, high chairs, kids plates/bowls/silverware, toys, step stools). What more could we ask for! They have thought of all the little things; extra linen and blankets, well stocked kitchen utensils/bowls/appliances/spices/Tupperware, shampoo/conditioner, comfortable beds, dishwasher with tabs, washer and dryer with soap; just to name a few! Everyone having their own sleeping area and bathroom was perfect. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Glen Ellyn has a cute downtown with plenty of things to do with kids nearby: trampoline park, pumpkin patch, zoo, Morton Arboretum, parks, and playgrounds. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and will definitely be booking again! Thanks so much!
