Location Picturesque and peaceful, Killcare and Hardys Bay offer an idyllic coastal lifestyle. Residents have beaches and bushland at their disposal, and they take maximum advantage of both. Putty Beach is a firm favourite, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach, is a local go-to. Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the daily grind.
Killcare Village caters to basic shopping and service needs and features an art gallery, general store, hair salon, and boutique shops. It is a factor in the low-key, community feel the suburb is known for, and bigger shopping malls are just a short drive away. When it comes to dining, Killcare and Hardys Bay is a hidden hotspot. There are fine dining restaurants, as well as relaxed beachside eateries such as The Fat Goose, Hardys Bistro, The View and Anchor on Hardys. Fabulous house with plenty of space and well equipped kitchen. Great living and dining areas too. Modern and clean throughout. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.
The home was very modern and lovely coastal sheik decor Beds comfortable and very suitable for a group of friends on a 3 day weekend away . Plenty of living space and the views from entertaining deck looking over Kilcare beach were amazing . Also enjoyed the cosy log fire .

Great location and beautiful house was perfect for a ladies weekend away. The photos on the website did not show how steep the driveway was - very dangerous to drive up and walk on, really needs to be stairs to get from the street to the house. The only downfall was the interaction with the property manager at the time of check in - communication needs to be clearer.

We truly appreciate your comments regarding the driveway. We haven't 'actually had any negative feedback in the past regarding the driveway. I guess most people make use of the garage or the on-street parking, however, we do understand your concerns about not being aware before arriving. We will ensure to advise future guests. Your feedback on communication is also very valuable — we'd love to know more about what the issue was and what wasn't clear so as we can address this issue with staff.
