Estrada péssima/sofrível

O acesso não é ruim. É péssimo. Não vá se não tiver carro alto e 4x4. No anúncio deveria ficar claro a limitação no acesso. A casa precisa de manutenção em vários itens, está mal cuidada, inclusive os quartos estão com mofo nas paredes e teto. A cozinha é bem pequena. A jacuzzi não está aquecendo a água. O acesso ao mar é difícil pq a casa fica bem no alto e temos que descer na escada de pedras. Agora as vantagens. O cenário é lindo, a vista é espetacular, a conotação histórica da casa dá um ar cultural incrível ao ambiente. O mar é calmo, ótimo para banhos. A pracinha de Suape, onde se encontram mercadinhos, padarias e etc. fica a 5 minutos andando por uma trilha. O caseiro Renato é ótima pessoa, super prestativo e atencioso. A comunicação com a anfitriã sempre foi fácil e de pronta resposta. Indico a peixada à brasileira do 'bar de D. Maria' que fica 150m antes da entrada da casa, uma Senhora muito simpática que cozinha com afeto. Tivemos um fim de semana agradável em família.

Um Paraíso chamado Casa da Pedra Vicente Pinzón

Entregam tudo o que prometem e mais um pouco. Por ficar num local de reserva ecológica, o acesso não é calçado, mas superado isso, a palavra SENSACIONAL fica pequena para o esplendor do lugar. Como disse a anfitriã, memórias de vida foram criadas nesse ambiente.

- Caseiro super gentil e atencioso. - A estrada de acesso está em PÉSSIMAS condições e fomos alertados sobre isso apenas quando estávamos a caminho da casa. - Melhorar a descrição da casa. Um dos quartos está localizado na parte de trás da casa e parece um quarto de serviço. A cama auxiliar deste quarto estava quebrada. - Armários da cozinha com porta caindo e em condições bem desgastadas. - Louça e talheres não atende à quantidade de pessoas que a casa acomoda.

Um verdadeiro encanto

Fomos em família (um grupo de 11 pessoas), onde todos foram muito bem acomodados. Nossa estadia foi ótima. A casa é muito acolhedora e confortável. Possui todos os utensílios necessários. Todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. A banheira de hidromassagem é otima. A vista é fora de sério... Próximo existem várias praias incríveis para conhecer. O caseiro Joabi é ótimo! Super educado e atencioso. O único ponto negativo é que um pequeno trecho que dá acesso a casa está ruim devido as chuvas... Assim que possível, retornaremos!

Vista Maravilhosa, casa super confortável

A casa é enorme, super confortável e com uma vista incrível! Vale super a pena passar o final de semana ou dias de férias nesse paraíso 🌞 sem contar que tem um restaurante perto da casa com comidas deliciosas, lagosta por 20 reais, caranguejo por 5 reais
