The Space:
Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Dining area
The sun-filled and open plan kitchen/lounge and dining area is vast and offers a perfect setting for cosy nights in with family and friends. The kitchen is kitted out with an electric oven, gas stovetop, large fridge/freezer, coffee and microwave facilities. The drawers and cupboards are fully stocked with utensils and kitchenware with the dishwasher allowing for hassle-free and easy cleanup. Nights in are complete with a dining space fit for up to 6, ideal if you are inviting friends over for the evening.
The kitchen and dining space flows seamlessly into the cosy lounge area. Much like the master bedroom, this space is sun-filled given the adjacent large glass panel balcony windows and offers an ideal space to unwind after long days exploring our great region. This space features a large sofa, big enough to accommodate up to 3 adults as well as comfy armchairs, electric heat pump/air-conditioning unit and gas fireplace ensuring comfort and temperature control throughout all seasons.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as Netflix & Sky TV, ensures everyone can be kept well entertained when the weather means staying safe from the elements indoors is the only option.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom, which opens to the lake facing balcony comes equipped with a king bed. The large glass panel sliding doors ensure the room is bright and drenched in sun throughout the daytime.
The second bedroom is fitted with a king splittable bed (can either set up as a king or 2x single beds) making 16 Kent, Unit 18 suitable for a variety of different group types may that be 2 couples, a small family or small group of friends.
Both bedrooms have the luxury of their very own bathrooms directly next door. Both are identical and offer shower facilities, toilet, large mirror and sink, ample under-sink storage and luxuries such as under-tile heating and heated towel rails.
Balcony Area
The large glass panel sliding doors opens to the generously sized lake and mountain facing balcony. With views of Lake Wakatipu and the Skyline Gondola, on summer days you will be able to witness the paragliders gliding down to town from Bob’s Peak as well as the abundance of activity within Queenstown Harbour.
Much like the dining space indoors, the outdoor dining furnishings can accommodate up to six guests and with the outdoor gas-powered BBQ long summer nights can be celebrated in style with fresh and local produce readily available from the plethora of suppliers nearby.
Those travelling with a vehicle can be safe in the knowledge they have their own undercover parking space on-site. Other useful facilities include washing and drying facilities; ideal for longer stays or those regularly out hiking, biking or skiing.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.
We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.

Getting Around:
The apartment is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.
If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.
