Room was clean and functional. Only thing I would add is that it is upstairs with no elevator. Very quiet at the end of the units.

What a great place that is convenient to everything. Quiet evenings due to being an end unit. Kitchen includes a toaster an electric roaster as well as microwave for those interested in cooking in the room. Close to mini golf and Scoop Deck Ice Cream and their 70 flavors!!!!

I really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub area, also the fact that there is a picnic area and playground for those with families.

Perfect weekend getaway

The room was quaint, clean and perfect for our weekend getaway. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, so we will definitely have to go back!

Quiet, clean, and comfy. I could do a quick load of laundry since I had been traveling for the week. DoorDash was easy, and it was convenient for things I was doing during the day. I would stay here again!

Very nice place to stay! Staff is friendly, place is clean, quiet and affordable! The rooms also offer amenities of dishes, utensils and glasses. Also a skillet and toaster if needed. Close to the beach and downtown Ogunquit ~ really enjoyed the location!

Did not use pool. 2nd floor room not made clear in vrbo.Friend In advertently thru a bag of my dirty laundry in the dumpster. Waiting to see if Sea Mist staff located it. Contained electronics cords and 3 pairs of shoes.Notified the at 4 pm or so.

Small, clean, works for a place to sleep

Our check in process was very smooth. The front desk individual was helpful to give us ideas for navigating the local area. We had a room with two double beds. I feel it would've been pretty crammed with more than two people. Not a lot of room to move around the beds and a very small bathroom area. It worked for us for two nights but probably would've been frustrating for a longer stay or if the weather was bad and we were stuck inside. The gym is also very small, basically just enough room for one person to move around a bit. It is a good location to drive to access the beach at Wells (much less crowded than Ogunquit) and other area restaurants. Overall, we would stay again for a short trip.

Great!

This is a recently renovated motel room in Wells. It felt very clean and comfortable. The space is tight, but was perfect for what we wanted with a mini kitchen.

Nice, clean property, but not what I originally booked.

The property pictured was not the property we booked. The property pictured was a two-room suite with a bedroom and kitchenette. The property that we were directed to after I booked was a hotel room with 2 queen beds and a wet bar stuck in the corner and a 30" square table wedged between the wet bar and dresser. We were hoping to enjoy a few days staying in and relaxing, but that was not possible since the only cooking appliance was a small microwave. The misleading pictures were shown in the posting up until a week before we arrived. It is evident that VRBO realized their mistake in the posting and corrected the posting within the week prior to our arrival, because when I went into the booking after we arrived, the pictures had been corrected. The only picture that was accurate in the original posting was the indoor pool area. Clearly, the error here was on the part of VRBO. Unfortunately, by the time we found out about it, it was too late to change anything, since the booking was non-refundable.
