About this property
A Yingina Getaway, Home of Brown Trout
Situate yourself centrally and enjoy the proximity to the local pubs and general store, while enjoying a short drive to many spectacular fishing spots.
Located on Berry Drive, you will be located slightly inland in a near new property with all the mod cons.
The house presents well, with modern fixtures and fittings throughout and comfortable furnishings to accomodate groups or large families.
There are three bedrooms consisting of two singles (shared) and two queens, with storage available for guests with longer stays.
Well appointed, the layout provides space to spread out for larger groups or families.
The main living zone is split level, with a large comfy lounge and a big coffee table - perfect to relax into with a good board game, beverage and watch the snow settle with the fire crackling away.
A modern kitchen has plenty of crockery and everything you would need to prepare a meal when you aren't taking in the deliciously comforting food the Miena pub and the Great Lake hotel serve up. For warmer months, cook up your catch on the provided BBQ - yum! There is also an assortment of teas, coffee and maybe even a jar of treats (because who doesn't need a choccy fix every now and again)!?
Two bathrooms and a laundry tick the boxes for groups or a large family, so you can rest assured the house is equipped to accomodate your needs. Linen is provided and for late arrivals you'll find the beds are made up and ready waiting for you to sink into after your travels.
To keep the property nice and toasty year round, wood is provided for the fires and there are two heaters. One located in the main living area and the second in the garage. You can choose to park in the garage or in the driveway when you stay, with the roller doors operated from the inside.
Berry drive is a gravel road however it is flat and in great condition, the property is easily accessible by car.
