Queenstown YES a must do

queenstown is a must see and do house was great is size and layout for 2 families had a few issues with the house which were addressed although a house that size shouldnt run out of hot water

STUNNING STAY!

We loved staying as a family at Oliver’s Oasis over Christmas. The Relaxaway management team were extremely communicative and helpful. I greatly appreciated the extra services they offered such as arranging pantry staples and food. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to explore the Central Otago region (location is the perfect base), or simply to enjoy a stunning house with a breathtaking view.

Not as it seems

Uncomfortable pillows, garage clicker didn’t work (tried to charge us $500 for it), duvets with no covers, don’t underestimate how much uncomfortable bedding can affect your trip. Overall the house was not as nice as in the photos

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review although are disappointed to receive a 1-star rating. As we explained, we held your security deposit as found multiple stains on the sofa upon your departure. This was held until our maintenance manager was able to visit the property the day after your departure to see if he could remove the stains or if we would require an upholstery cleaner. He was able to successfully remove them and we then released your security bond to you. As per our booking terms and conditions, we do hold a security bond for all guests in case of damages or excess cleaning required.
