Spacious, solid rental
The unit was spacious and well-stocked. The lighting was dim. Parking spaces were blocked off because of the high snowfall this season. The TV is not a smart TV, so I wish I had brought a Chromecast or Apple TV.

Our vacation was good, and the condo was beautiful. It was just the right size for us. When we arrived we found a toilet needed a repair to the flushing mechanism and the TVs/cable were not functioning. The property management company was very responsive and sent someone to address these right away. The toilet was fixed; however, we got some but not all of the cable channels on the master bedroom tv. In addition, there were cobwebs on some of the lamps and the dining room light fixture. The light over the sink was burnt out. There is a missing light bulb in the dining room light fixture. By the time I noticed the cobwebs and missing/burnt out lights I felt that I had already pestered the management company enough. A deep, detailed cleaning and addressing missing/burnt out light bulbs would make this condo perfect!

Forest Revival
It was so good to get away and recharge our outlooks. The condo was nice and quiet. It does need some electrical work; you can not use the microwave and the dishwasher at the same time. It would've been nice to have laundry .

Cozy, Clean, Spacious
We enjoyed our stay here, as it was cozy, clean and spacious enough for 4 adults and 3 kids. Even with all of our snow gear, the rooms felt like they had space (closets and the layout). The beds were firm but comfortable. The heaters worked very well (fixed from some of the last reviews). The jacuzzi was an added bonus and heated perfectly fine, was clean and very nice after long days on the slopes! The kitchen was a bit older looking, but worked perfectly well and was well stoked with dishes for cooking and serving food. They even had a kids dish cabinet! They also have lots of movies and games (great for the kids). The ONLY negative was that the lighting is still pretty dim upstairs in the main area - a handful of lights weren't working/burned out. We told management and they fixed a few of them right away, and said they would get the others fixed in the near future. Responsive service! We look forward to staying here again.

Lovely property and great location!
The property was perfect for my family! We especially loved having access to the hot tub off the back deck! My only complaint was the dim lights in the living room. A few light bulbs were out and made for dim lighting in the living and dining room. Also, the wall heaters do not work, but they have portable space heaters that worked great.

Relaxing Getaway
This place was great! Private jacuzzi was awesome and we loved the setup. The only downfall was that many of the lights didn't work. We had no lights on the stairs which we managed through, but would have been nice to have. The location was great near restaurants and shopping.

Check in was smooth. Property just down the road from Eagle Lodge. Unit was fairly dark inside and Jacuzzi didn't perform. No way to adjust temperature. It turned on and kept going until OH (Overheated) which was too hot to sit in. Also Chlorine levels too high...burned eyes even with windows open in that area. The front room heater was inop but we left the hallway heater on just outside the room door and that worked. On positive note...unit is close to everything Eagle Lodge, the Village, grocery, etc. The master bed was comfortable, all the utensils needed in kitchen. Tons of DVD movies to watch and plenty of parking available during our visit.

Clean and comfy condo
My wife and I stayed 2 nights in this condo with our two adult sons. There was plenty of room for us. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to have an enjoyable weekend. All of the beds were comfy and the private hot tub was an added bonus after a day on the slopes. The central location was great with easy access to the shuttle route and short drive to the Village or Old Mammoth. Will certainly consider this unit for future stays.

Spacious and roomy
Really liked the place, the only suggestion would be to turn the chlorine down in the hottub, it was eye burning.

This is a beautifully furnished and well maintained unit. The kitchen is the best equipped of any unit we have rented in Mammoth over the last 25 years. The location near the bike path is excellent, too.

Great Ski Getaway!
We loved staying at this town house! The decor was great! I loved the fishing/mountain theme. The 3 bathrooms came in very handy for my family. All were updated and clean. Beds were comfy. The only issue we had was figuring out how to get the hot tub working. Written instructions would have been helpful. Great location! Short drive to slopes and near grocery store and restaurants. We would for sure stay there again!

Great Time
Our stay was great at Forest Creek #28. Roomy enough for our family with 4 kids and very clean. We read about problems with the temperature of the hot tub but it was never a problem for us. Kitchen was well stocked but missing a cookie sheet and the management office brought us one within an hour! Definitely will be back.

Condo in Mammoth
Beautiful, well-stocked apartment in Mammoth. I joke that I’ve stayed in every motel/hotel in town (Lodge to RV park...) and this was one of the better spots! We had planned on cooking, and the unit had plenty of kitchen equipment. Five of us had more than enough room. There was plenty of firewood, and the place was perfect for staying in and staying cozy. My only criticism is we couldn’t figure out how to get the hot tub hot enough, nor could we find hot tub specific instructions. Overall, great price, the place is clearly well-cared for, and I’d stay here again in a heart beat!

Good experience as usual. My family have stayed here for the past four seasons for an extensive amount of time ( 14 days being the shortest stay) and have been happy with the accommodations.

Two Thumbs Up!
Perfect amount of space for our party of 6. This was the 2nd time we stayed in this exact unit #28. Super comfortable, very clean (definitely up to my standards!) and just the right amount of seating, lounging. Furnishing and decor are just fine for that cabin feel- not a preferred style, but certainly comfortable and provided the right amount of relaxation. LOVED the hot tub after hitting up the slopes. Heads up, the hot tub does take a few hours to hit the right temperature. We've learned from past reviews to make it a priority to turn on the hot tub before settling in! This particular weekend had some winter weather that I think caused the hot tub to go out. Our call to the management company on a Friday was answered promptly and within an hour or so someone came to flip the breakers that were only accessible in a locked closet, 3-4 hours later the hot tub was perfect!Other great features:-Parking for 2 was never a problem-Heaters worked well-Plenty of dishes and cook ware-Full extra bathroom upstairs was a plus for getting ready, etc.-Appx 5 minute drive to Canyon lodge...AND there's a locker waiting for you to store your equipment...super convenient! The only thing I would recommend is to bring a beach towel for the hot tub. There are a certain amount of shower long as you don't mind using your towel for both getting out of the shower and the hot tub you'll be fine.Other than that, we'd definitely recommend renting this unit. We plan to make this our annual spot when visiting Mammoth!

Great overall!
Great overall! The location was good, plenty parkings available, the room was cozy comfort... However, there were 2 downsides for us:1) hot water was only enough for 3-4 person shower... others have to wait a bit until the water is hot again.2) the room temperature was a bit difficult to maintain at an ideal degree. We left the heaters on during the night, and almost all of us need to get off the bed and turn the heaters off at around midnight.. We were mostly sweating. But it was great overall! Will revisit.

Wonderful getaway!
Our stay at this location was wonderful! It was a great place to get together with our daughter, son-in-law and baby grandson to enjoy the fall colors. We found information on the best locations for the fall colors, drove around, hiked and took some lovely pictures from our trip. We ate out and cooked in the well stocked kitchen too. The place was clean and cozy. Parking for both cars was right up against the condo. Lots of wood was available if we chose to build a fire. Relaxing in the spa was fantastic. We would love to use this place again and have already recommended it to others. Thank you to the owners for opening this lovely place for us to enjoy and build lasting memories!!!

Great stay at Forest Creek #28!!!
The home was immaculate. Very comfortable, with everything we needed. The only prob came with the hot tub. It worked fine, but a serviceman came in and put way too much chemical into it, burning everyones eyes. Really no big deal considering it was the middle of summer. The location and neighbors were also great!

Home Away From Home
This condo was the base camp for a weekend off road photography adventure. Upon arrival to the condo it was very apparent that it was the right choice over a hotel stay. It was very clean, it had all the amenities we needed, and it felt very comfortable like you were home. When we split the cost of the condo 3 ways for 2 nights, it came out much less expensive that getting 3 hotel rooms. This place will definitely be our base camp for future Mammoth Lakes area trips.
