Very nice accommodations allowing a great home away from home experience. Nice and clean home that has been renovated with modern fixtures and amenities.
Check-in was very easy. Our first night we had a problem in the downstairs bedroom. The smoke alarm was beeping. Since no one was staying on the room until the next night we simply closed the door and then closed the doors in the other level where people were staying. We reported this the next morning and by the time we returned from skiing for the day the problem was fixed.

Best place to stay for a Mammoth weekend
This was one of the best rental properties I've ever stayed at. Our trip included 6 adults, and the 4 bedrooms gave everyone a ton of space, and the rooms were divided perfectly. The place was clean, spacious, had a killer view, and the most well-stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. If I ever need to stay in Mammoth with a large enough group, this will be where I'd stay.

The stay was amazing. Great place, total of 5 floors. Plenty of room. Very well stocked. The only con is the washer is old and noisy so don't run it at bedtime. We would stay there again

Great space! Well-stocked kitchen. Only some minor issues: rooms are stuffy with the heater on, even after adjusting the temp. Bathtub was clogged but they sent maintenance the next day. Amazing, unbeatable views! Would definitely stay here again.

Memorial weekend
Furniture looking kind of tacky for the price we’re paying. Foot stool had rip in it or worn spot. Otherwise it was fine.

Great Location - maintenance required
Wonderful ski-in ski-out location on Eagle lift in Mammoth. Well stocked kitchen...could use a few more dish towels & bath towels. Fireplace is out of order and didn't work. Also, one window was off track and wouldn't close, so very chilly!

nice place-great location
Clean and comfortable. Great location. When we were there the fireplace was not working and the main tv in the living room was also not working. But the management company brought over a substitute promptly so we very much liked their service. It has an odd and very complicated media system that was not all working (has VHS and a 5 disc cd changer in addition to appletv and bluray players and some other stuff- but most not hooked up) and the wifi would go in and out but functioned. Kitchen has a plethora of dish sets and and eclectic collection of pots/pans but not really any normal ones. Generally we found it sufficiently equipped though for most cooking needs. Would give it 5 stars if the fireplace and media system get fixed and a standard set of pots/pans are provided for the kitchen. Would stay there again though.

Pretty neat spot!
Almost everything was pretty great. There were only two things that could've been better. First, the water from the fridge tasted like iron...like intensely. I think mostly just because it's not used much so those pipes get rusty I'm assuming but that sucked. So bring your own water. The other thing was that the sheets on the beds felt old and itchy like they haven't been washed in a good minute. But that makes sense since they probably don't get book very often so they stay unwashed and collect dust. They should probably wash those like once every 3 weeks or so cause its kind of uncomfortable. Other than that the stay was enjoyable. Great location as well as an easy check in process.

We had a great time and loved this rental. Lots of decks and ideal use of the space. The 4th bedroom is technically a loft (which we missed in the listing) but honestly it was perfect for our reunion boys weekend. We will definitely be back again!

Great property, amazing view
It was our second time staying at Bridges 13, and the property itself is great. The only issue was that all the cups and glasses and dishes were not very clean - most of them had a detergent residue, and the rest looked simply dirty with streaks of black tea on the inside and fingerprints on glass. We had to wash everything we needed by hand before we could use it. Fireplace was out of order too. Provided Soap bars were so thin they didn't last 2 days. Other than that the property is well stocked with all the essentials you will need. The eagle lodge that is literally a few feet away from the property closed for the season a day before we arrived (without a long term notice), which really upset us because we were planning on skiing in n out of the house, so maybe its a good idea to rent this place mid-season when the whole mountain is open to be sure you'll get the most of it.

Mammoth 2021
There were rat traps on the kitchen floor when we arrived. The fireplace as out of order. The garbage disposer was extremely noisy. Front squeaky door was very loud. The sun into the kitchen from the windows is extremely bright and it would really help if there was a shade or drape to block it for at least the morning hours. We found underpants under 2 different beds...not cleaned well.

Great property with beautiful views
The property was great and came with everything needed to host a large group. Close location to town made it easy to get around but being up on the hill provided for beautiful views of the valley.

Family vacation
We have stayed at The Bridges many times before but this is the first time in this unit. This place has been updated and the furnishings are very nice. The couch seats 6-8 people, the round glass dining table is perfect for a large group. We had seven but I counted sleeping places and 11 can be accommodated. The view is beautiful. The only issue we had is that the kitchen is completely full of stuff. There is no place to put your groceries except the counters. The closets are full on the shelves too. We counted 3 or 4 coffee pots on the kitchen counters plus 2 more in the laundry. At least 3 waffle irons and every kitchen utensil cooking device you can imagine. The beds were just ok comfort wise. Bathrooms are really nice with beautiful showers. Lots of stairs. We would definitely stay here again. It was nice and clean. Mammoth was wonderful as always. Most restaurants have outdoor seating. So even with COVID restrictions, there were plenty of places to eat. Location is perfect.

We had 7 adults and the tri-level plus loft really let us spread out. The views were amazing. Also nice to have dedicated parking.

Bridges Townhome #13 - Mammoth, CA
The spaciousness, furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, tableware, etc. exceeded my expectations; however, given the rental price, guests are deserving of those quality amenities. My only complaint was with the payment system, which required mailing a check. The final payment by check, due prior to occupancy, was lost in the mail, which would not happen if credit card or EFT payment was accepted. The only way to use a credit card for the lost payment cost me an additional $150 in order to save the reservation. I have rented many vacation homes during the past 25+ years (at least one a year), and all would accept credit card or EFT payments at no extra charge. The management company blamed it on the owner, stating they had nothing to do with the payment policy, which makes no sense since the checks were made payable to the rental agency - how would the owner know how payment was received from the renter?

The Good, the Bad, and the Little Disappointing
We have stayed at Bridges on and off since the 1980's, the location is amazing, as are the views. It was great for our family to have the ability to come and go as each one pleased. Because the condos were built before large p/u trucks, all 3 families could not get their trucks in the garage. Not a problem with it not snowing when we were there, but we were in Mammoth during a large snow storm and we would be spending a lot of time digging out our trucks, we would rather have underground parking or at least a car port.(which the condo's should look at doing.) The condo itself was nice and large, we had plenty of room and privacy for everyone. the bathrooms were clean, which is a must for us. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen, though semi-remodeled, was not as nice. There is so much junk in all the cupboards, we had to move stuff out of two just to put food away. It looks like a dumping ground for old kitchen stuff. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, etc. which was nice for the 10 of us. Kitchen was modestly cleaned, but not as it should be for a high end condo. We have recently rented two houses in Mammoth, they were very very clean. I had to clean the range top, and wipe down other appliances before we used them. Coffee pots everywhere, at least one of them worked. Place needs some love.
