The homes were just what we needed for the event we were attending. My only comment is to maybe have some spices in the home ( salt and pepper) for making just some breakfast. Great host great place.

Great accommodations! We had 20 adults and were in both the yellow and blue house. Great location in downtown Lake Geneva. The host was great and responds quickly. Check in process was very smooth. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

Everything about our stay, the location and amenities was perfect. We had an amazing family celebration, with space for everyone, there were more than enough basic necessities (towels, dishes, coffee cups, wine glasses etc.) which is not always the case and the location was perfect. We are all, already talking about planning another trip in the summer season. Cheers!

We had our extended family reunion at Lake Geneva and the charming Nautical Inns worked perfectly for our gathering of 25 adults, 1 high schooler and 4 children! The proximity of the two homes and the little self contained attached apartment worked perfectly with convenient off street parking and a backyard with picnic tables and two grills for nice dinners outdoors. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and walking distance to the beach made for a memorable time for all!

Perfect for family reunion

We so enjoyed our stay at Lake Geneva in these 2 huge houses! It was fantastic for our family reunion - to gather and interact organically vs. staying in individual hotel rooms! Tony was an excellent host, making sure we had everything we needed!

Nautical Inn is the spot to be!

We booked both houses at the Nautical Inn for a bachelor party. Clean houses, plenty of bedrooms, big backyard, and excellent location! 5-10 minute walk from all the popular bars, including Champs. 5-10 minute drive to Grand Geneva golf course and Geneva National golf course. Everyone had a blast! We would definitely book these houses again for a trip in the future!

The house was in good condition, and dntry was well explained and easy. We had some trouble heating the blue house. It was eventually rectified, but maybe could have been prevented if the heat had been increased well in advance of our arrival.

The Nautical Inn family reunion

Great location - super easy access to the downtown and the beach. Enough room for all 23 of us - some of us could stay up late in one house, while the little one could sleep in the other house. Plenty of common space in both houses. Excellent parking, and Tony the owner was really easy to reach and work with. Property is just a little bit dated and the grounds could use a little attention. Gas grills might be nice, along with sink garbage disposals. Overall, a really enjoyable experience for our family!

20 guys, 3 days of golf, place to call home. Walking distance every where with plenty of room, to talk, catch-up and relax. EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED in this great place Thank you, we will be back next year!

Two houses for one big family

Our family stayed here for a full week in August. We thought it was great. We loved that there were enough bedrooms for us all and plenty of parking. But we especially loved the neighborhood location close to downtown Lake Geneva that meant we were able to walk almost everywhere. To the beach, shopping, brunch, etc. The recently remodeled kitchen with an open plan and large dining table was perfect for serving large meals or playing games. The owner was responsive and available for questions. There were over 20 of us and we all agreed we could recommend this property.

We loved it!

We rented both houses for our large group and it was very clean and homey. Bedrooms had good mattresses and baths spotless. Comfortable gathering areas with well-stocked kitchen supplies and large eating space. Especially enjoyed outdoor patio and grill area. Convenient walk to downtown Lake Geneva and grocery stores a short drive away. Ample, free parking. Tony was the best host! From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with. Attentive, accommodating and responsive.

Great accomodations steps from downtown!

We had a party of 25 rent for a weekend and had a great experience at the Nautical. The owner Tony was very responsive and sought to accommodate requests where possible. The location is great, a short walk to downtown lake Geneva with easy access to restaurants, bars and the lake. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation

I would like thank Tony for a wonderful stay at the Nautical Inn.My daughter held her wedding in Burlington over the week of November 5th. I was able to have my family along with my daughter's wedding party all in the same place with the privacy we desired. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, fully stocked with all the comforts of home. I hosted a lovely Rehearsal dinner for my daughter along with our family comfortably. We needed or wanted for nothing much better than staying at a hotel , especially when you are a family of Italians! Well worth the money spent and we will be back again! Tony you couldn't have been more accommodating I felt very welcome my family and I thank you again for a wonderful 3 day's going above and beyond to accommodate us I can't say enough, the early check in , the late check out ,etc,etc. I recommend that everyone come and enjoy a stay at The Nautical Inn you won't regret it! Great stay!

We rented Nautical A and B for a 24 person bachelor party and could not have asked for a better experience! Tony was easy to deal with and very responsive. The houses are a short walk to downtown Lake Geneva so the location is perfect.

Just a note for the future: Thanks for staying at one of the licensed and legal Vacation Rentals in Lake Geneva. Future guests of Lake Geneva need to ask homeowners if they are licensed by the City because most rentals are not.....this house is of course licensed and that's why you had a great time, there was no interruption by police, city inspectors or neighbors which is always an issue with unlicensed rentals. A Bed n Breakfast is not a licensed Vacation Rental in Lake Geneva, a Bed n Breakfast is the owners primary residence, they live there and they have to sleep overnight in the house with you and serve you breakfast. You were obviously on your own at this property because it is a properly licensed Vacation Rental in the city of Lake Geneva. You can always call the City of Lake Geneva to see if a home is licensed as a "Vacation Rental", just ask the homeowner for the address, then call the City of Lake Geneva Building Inspector to verify, if you are planning a vacation, you'll be glad you did. Call Walworth County Zoning dept if the house is located in Delavan or on Delavan Lake. Thanks for staying for the weekend Doug, you are welcome back anytime!

Two houses gave us a flexible, clean intimate setting for an unforgettable party!

We rented both the Yellow and Blue houses for my mother's 90th birthday party. It worked FLAWLESSLY. The kitchens (3) were well-stocked, the beds comfy, the whole place spotlessly clean. The walls and floors are fresh and we all felt right at home. One house can seat 24 at two tables, which is fantastic! And the owner came within minutes when we had two toilet emergencies!!!
