On the West End of Sanibel, you will find the well-kept secret of Sand Pointe with only 45 units and quiet beaches. ***PLEASE NOTE: POOL IS CURRENTLY NOT OPERATIONAL and has an estimated completion date of JULY/AUGUST 2026. Exterior landscaping projects are on going. These timelines are projections and are not guaranteed.****

Welcome to the beautiful Sand Pointe # 217, a comfortable condo that can accommodate up to 4 people! This all new condo is fabulous with a large lanai looking out over the lagoon & pool to the Gulf. Enjoy your mornings watching the exotic birds feeding in the lagoon & search for dolphins swimming in the Gulf. The condo features plenty of living room seating with a large smart TV with cable so you can relax & watch your favorite shows. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare any meal including both a drip & pod coffee maker. Enjoy those meals in the dining area or lanai where you can enjoy the Gulf breezes.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed, smart TV with cable and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, smart TV with cable and a bathroom in close proximity with a walk-in shower.

The owner also provides free high speed Wi-Fi, full size washer/dryer as well as convenient access to beach equipment in the ground level storage locker with beach umbrella, chairs and a cart. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

Maintenance issue resolved immediately!

Air conditioning went out at 7:00 p.m. I called Sanibel Holiday, and they had an HVAC repairman at the condo in 35 minutes. He fixed the unit, and it was cooling within 1 hour of my call! That is amazing customer service!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 16 year old microwave and the even older coffee machine did not add to the stay. Most of buttons did not work on microwave. First two week stay at Sand Pointe and outfitted with cleaning supplies as if staying a week. This was fifth visit to Sanibel and staying at Sand Pointe. Return to New Hampshire and recommended Sand Pointe to others for a spring vacation, just not this unit.

We appreciate you taking them time to provide an honest review of your Sand Pointe #217 stay. Since your review the owners have updated the kitchen with all new appliances including refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave and full size washer and dryer. They have also purchased a Keurig and new Cuisinart coffee maker. They have also done some redecorating; recovered the dining room chairs, new throw pillows for the couch, new lamps, new rug on the lanai, new glider chairs on the lanai, and some new art for the walls. I think you will find any future stays at #217 to be very enjoyable!
