Welcome to Sand Pointe 225, a beautiful all new condo overlooking the pool and Gulf! This is a 2nd living level unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Walk in to glistening kitchen and with stainless steel appliances, including a built-in air fryer in the oven, where preparing meals will be a sinch! The kitchen also has a Keurig & drip coffee maker. The floors are lovely wood plank porcelain through out the unit. The living room offers plenty of seating, a queen sofa bed, a large smart flat screen TV and access to the screened in lanai. The lanai offers plenty of seating to enjoy your coffee, a meal or a sunset cocktail!

The primary bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and a large smart TV. The en-suite provides you a glass enclosed walk-in shower and plenty of counter space. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a smart TV. The bathroom is just beyond the bedroom door and has a tub/ shower combo.

For your convenience you will find high speed internet Wi-Fi, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels and washer/dryer.

The whole family can relax by the heated pool (not yet operational) or walk along Sanibel’s world renowned shell strewn beaches. Sand Pointe is close to all of Sanibel's shopping, dining and entertainment; making it the perfect place for your family's vacation. Elevators and covered parking available for guest use.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

The keys were very hard to work in the doors. My husband purchased some WD40 to help with that. He put in a light in the hallway to the right of the elevator because it was out and was too dark at night. The owners vacuum was not working correctly and he fixed it.

Also had some maintenance problems which were quickly taken care of - towel bar broken, bedroom window stuck shut and shower head needed to be replaced. I recommend that a better quality TP be provided especially since the cost goes up every year. Also, the living room TV needs repair or replacement. Overall, we were very pleased. The management was especially helpful and nice to deal with.

I've stayed in this unit for many years but noticed some differences. The bar chairs were not clean - remnants of food. The carpet needs cleaning. The bed spreads and pillows from all beds were stuffed in the closet - so not able to use the floor area for shoes etc. The table lamp in the twin bedroom missing on/off knob. Loved the Sandbar so close!! Will keep coming back to this unit

An enjoyable week

Our condo was exactly as promised. It was very quiet and had a beautiful view of the Gulf. We enjoyed the pool and shelling on the beach. Getting around the island was easy.
