Enjoy the great water-views from your private veranda. You would have access to both club amenities, pools, boaters are welcome to use our dock for a small extra fee, private beach access. Enjoy the great water-views from your condo and capture some of the most beautiful sunrises.

The home has a fully equipment kitchen for guest use includes Keurig coffee maker, filtered water spigot in the kitchen. A surround sound system to stream some great music. Tv’s are smart tv and house has fast internet service.

First bedroom master suite with King bed and tub shower combo and flat screen tv. Second bedroom Queen Bed flat screen tv and third bedroom has 2 twin beds. North Captiva Island offers a small town impression with just enough amenities to suit your family needs. Guest would have access to the Island Club at North Captiva which includes pools, hot tub, bikes, kayaks, paddle bards, half basketball court, and beach chairs.

Amazing place!

North captiva island is amazing! And this townhouse was a great place to stay. Very clean, and had everything we needed. The management company sends recommendations for airport taxis, ferries to the island, and preordered groceries - makes it easy! We also loved that they had sand bikes and tennis racquets available to use. Pool was also great. Highly recommend!

Relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Small cozy condo.
