Rockstar Beach House has a North Captiva Island Club Membership which has access to 2pools, hot tub, kayaks, bicycles, and basketball. With its 2 luxury bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and new queen memory foam sleeper sofa, you can comfortably sleep 6. The open floor plan and 15ft. ceilings make this little house feel big, bright and airy. The Polynesian flair (including a 400lb solid mahogany Tiki Head!) musical influences and island style furnishings (master bedroom king size bamboo hula bed!) and outdoor deck Hot Tub complete this cool, comfortable retreat. This home was built with the finest materials including travertine tile and tumbled marble throughout.

Located only a short distance to the beach (2 minutes by golf cart) this is the perfect location for gorgeous sunsets and a quiet, get away from it all, slice of island life.

**rental is upstairs only, downstairs is unoccupied storage. You will be the only guests of the house and the only guests on the property :)

It’s a great layout! We had the master bedroom and master bath. And our child had the other bedroom and his own bathroom. The house is very functional! And the owner was responsive and so helpful. See you next time on the island!

We really enjoyed North Captiva. We only stayed 4 days. Wished it was longer. The house is in, my opinion, the best location. We will definitely go again, only longer. You definitely have to plan for meals. If you like relaxing this is it. Check with Lou Lopez for fishing. He has a lot of knowledge when fishing from the beach.

The Rockstar was just perfect for us. We spent much of our time on the boat and the dock was a great asset. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need and more. A wonderful get away for just us two

Very secluded and quiet beaches. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We did not stay inside too much as we explored the island a lot.

Wonderful home

The home had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was close to the beaches and swimming pool. The hot tub was very nice. We loved it so much we are planning on coming back and staying for a longer period.

I’ve been putting the house back together with lots of upgrades so we’re ready to welcome folks back to this amazing island! Cedar ceilings on front and back porches new remote control ceiling fans and a new 65” Samsung Tv in the master bedroom for starters. Host made the ferry only access location a very easy process. Comprehensive welcome emails, golf cart waiting at ferry drop off, house had all basic amenities needed. Island has limited shopping/restaurants so grocery shop before getting on the ferry. The only jobs we had left to do was alternate between counting manatees and dolphins.

Great getaway!

Rockstar is a great place to stay for 6 or fewer people! The house was clean, well stocked with towels, paper products, cookware etc.

Great place

This place was amazing, or host Steve was wonderful and his boat tour is a must. The listing and the house is everything a claims to be. I do recommend it and we are coming back.

Great house on the island!

Our annual Captiva vaca, this was a perfect place for our portion of the group! We had three houses total and ours felt the most like a home of our own! Not too many stairs and very simple but nice layout! Will be staying her again!

I was born in Ft. Myers Florida. I’m a local :) i fell in love with this island as a kid. I went out to this island in the 1970’s..before electricity got out here! Caught my first snook out here. Retired from a life in the music biz and built a house with some friends and my own 2 hands. It’s one of the best things I ever did! Now you have the opportunity to come and enjoy it, you won’t regret it!

Why they chose this property

I built this house in a quiet section of the island that’s close to everything. The beach, the club, the marina and pool bar. I’ve also kept my rates reasonable so everyone can enjoy it. The sand streets, golf carts, the beautiful beach and amazing sunsets make this island as unique as any place I’ve ever seen. Please come and have the trip of a lifetime!
