This charming home is in the perfect location on North Captiva Island. The private heated pool and hot tub won’t stop you from taking the few steps to the best beach area on the island. Be ready to become obsessed with total relaxation. New flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans, lighting, dishwasher, high speed internet (Starlink) and constant upgrades in this home are just the beginning. With the rooftop observation deck, views of the Gulf of Mexico and the amazing sunsets along with the Nature Reserve just to the south, it is hard to decide which direction to look, hence the two golf carts available to take you exploring the amazing island.

No dogs are allowed in the pool or hot-tub. The beach is fair game!!
Out of respect for our neighbors, we just ask that the noise/music level be kept at a minimum and no loud music after 10pm. Thank you!

We are originally from Wisconsin, but call Tennessee our home. We have two grown kids; both married and graduated from college. Our family fell in love with this island, and we feel extremely blessed to be able to share it.
