By creating 'The Terrace' in our 18th century barn we favored CHARM, COMFORT and AUTHENTICITY

Enjoy a dream vacation in this spacious, bright and airy gîte of 75 m2, fully AIR CONDITIONED to ensure unparalleled comfort in the heat of summer. Located on the half-first floor of the house, it offers a large living /sitting area with 2 sofas, including a convertible one, 2 armchairs, coffee table, office table for your internet time. The spacious dining area is served by a kitchen (equipped with all modern comforts).
A corridor leads to the sleeping area: airy and bright bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms.
A queen size bed in the master bedroom (Languedoc charm room) and 2 twin beds in the other room. Both rooms are large and airy with windows opening onto the garden.
On the ground floor: entrance overlooking the garden and terrace. A laundry area is laid out there (washing machine, dryer, ironing)
The terrace is protected by a canopy, it serves as a dining area with summer kitchen. The garden offers a relaxing area with lounge chairs and an aboveground pool 7.35m long x 3.75m wide (secured ladder for children) with sunbeds.
It is a very intimate space, sunny, fully enclosed, where you will enjoy friendly moments. The children will be safe there to indulge in their games.
A large private garage completes this home; it opens in the entrance. Bicycles are available as well as children's games.
