Great location!!
Riverview and access. From our riverside yard, watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Simple 2 level semi sleeps up to 10 people. 2 bedrooms on the main floor with double beds. Loft with 2 double beds.
Double pull out futon in the living room.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Parking Space For (2) Cars Only - no extras please.
*In the photos it's the right hand side of that building. The building is divided into (2) 3 bedroom units.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

1 Pet maximum please. No pets on beds or any furniture.

Cozy and Comfortable!

It is very nice for family and friends. We enjoyed our stay! It would be much better if its summer. Our friends and family enjoyed it so much even the kids enjoyed here too. The people from the office are so nice and very accommodating. But if you have kids that are very loud, just be mindful as the walls in between are not that thick. Someone knocked on our wall when the kids were screaming. But all in all, it is a good and very nice place to stay for families!

Great location, close to everything we needed. Nice to check in half an hour early

Loved the view and location. Owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Beds are very creaky and hard. Window coverings should be replaced. We were left with only one roll of toilet paper for three of us (for 2 days). Shops were very close though.

Great Location

Lovely views of the river. Nice outdoor space which had a fire pit. Size of our cottage was perfect for our needs. Two bedrooms, plus a loft with two more beds. Perfect for large families. Kitchen had all the items we needed. The check in lady was very pleasant. Another property employee promptly fixed our TV shortly after we reported an issue. Great Location. Only short walk to the beach, We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Great Place for a beach vacation

Everything went great, except for some minor hurdles when you travel with family, like big enough pans and pots with lids, but we just went through with some organization. All family enjoyed the stay.... parking though may be a little tight for parking depending on the size of your car
