About this property

Beach House at East Grand Resort - Saco Bay Rentals

This is a classic, traditional, newly renovated (2021), Maine beach house, that it is just 100 yards from the entrance to the best beach in Maine.   Fully featured with large kitchen and open concept living room and dining area, first floor bedroom and 1/2 bath downstairs and 4 bedrooms and full bath upstairs, and an outside shower.  There is air conditioning in the first floor living room and an outdoor grill for barbequing.  Get a glimpse of the ocean from your wrap-around covered porch while you put your feet up and enjoy the warm summer weather.

Extended familiies vacationing together can rent this cottage along one of four additional cottages (East Grand Resorts Ocean Pearl, East Grand Resorts Blue Haven, Barefoot Beachouse I, Barefoot Beachhouse II).

This is the heart of barefoot beach living.    Step outside, head to the beach, and stop into The Pirate's Patio, an indoor/outdoor beach grill and pub and serves up some great beach food and afternoon live music.   Walk down the beach beach for 10 minutes or so and you'll be at the iconic OOB Pier and beachside amusement park.

Great location!

Our stay was amazing and you can’t beat the location! Just steps from the beach, 10 min walk to the pier, restaurants, rides, etc. There was tons to do for adults and kids! The house was great for 8 adults and 2 kids under 2!

You cannot beat this location

Perfect location close enough to everything OOB to walk everywhere. Just steps from the beach. House was light and beachy. We had a great week and look forward to returning.

Old orchard beach

There was a bit of confusion in locating the key to enter but a quick call was made and problem solved quickly. Property was as shown. Location amazing! We all had a fabulous time!

Overall very nice stay. Casey was excellent. Very quick responses, helpful with parking and questions. Location to beach, activities and restaurants- perfect. Cleanliness could have been better. Could use hooks for towels in the rooms since there were not many closets. 7 adults and 2 children under 10. Rented linens and bath towels. Owner of linens company was very helpful.

Belle maison mais..

Nous avons du laver les planchers et le frigo ànotre arrivée tellement ils étaient sales et d’autres choses. Une maison pour 12 mais pas de vaisselle suffisante, surtout les verres. Dommage, elle est bien située, c’est tranquille le soir. Mais…nous avons vu l’équipe de nettoyage dans la maison voisine et ils n’ont pris que 15 minutes pour tout nettoyer. Je n’y retournerai pas et ne recommanderai à personne
