Tucked into a picturesque hillside, your family will appreciate the majestic birches and balsam trees surrounding this lovely home. Kingswood Hillside Home offers three levels of living space, including a gourmet kitchen, a state-of-the-art culinary set-up with a Viking gas range, stainless appliances, and granite counters for effortless family meal preparations. The beautiful great room offers comfy furnishings, gas fireplace, Smart TV, A/C split and a hand-crafted dining room table. Outside, an expansive decking area and outdoor dining set affords a nature inspired, alfresco experience. The lower level is thoughtfully designed with relaxing furnishings, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and an upscale bar, complete with wine refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. (Note: The lower level of the home does not have A/C.) Two king bedrooms (one with A/C split & the other with window A/C), one queen bedroom (with window A/C), bunk bedroom (2 sets - no A/C), one queen sleeper sofa, and four baths provide the necessary level of privacy and comfort. Enjoy the indoor heated sunroom, flanked by two sunny decks with outdoor seating and gas grill.

Birchwood Farms Golf and Country Club amenities include 27-holes of golf, driving range, racquet sports, seasonal heated outdoor pool, fitness center, hiking trails, groomed ski trails, and Clubhouse dining. If you would like to use any of Birchwood’s amenities during your stay, you may opt-in to the Access Fee of $750 (May 1-September 30) or $250 (October 1-April 30). Please note: Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club issues a maximum of six guest passes per rental home. Payment along with submission of corresponding paperwork completed prior to your arrival.

***An all-wheel drive vehicle with all season or snow tires with adequate tread depth is strongly recommended for winter stays due to the steep driveway.

Super Deluxe!

We stayed here as a family of four with friends- another family of four for a ski trip. Everyone loved it. Easy to navigate, comfortable beds, all very clean. We had plenty of space and plenty of televisions to go around. Enjoyed the trail close by. 10/10 Would book again!

Weekend ski trip

Our family stayed here for a skiing weekend. The woodsy home was beautiful and the kitchen was well-equipped. Proximity to Harbor Springs and to Boyne Highlands was very convenient. We had a perfect time!

Beautiful Home!

My family and I were very impressed with the cleanliness and accommodations provided at the Kingswood home at Birchwood farms. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of room and privacy. We also had space where we could all meet together for meals and card games. I would 100% recommend this property to any family looking for a get away to Harbor Springs!
