Staying here you`ll most definitely have a fun time! VO REGISTRATION FEE $125.00 DUE UPON ARRIVAL. Overflow parking for boat trailers and extra vehicle is available for an additional fee and is available on a first come first serve bases and is not guaranteed.

The property is a bit outdated, but it was all we needed for our stay. The location is very nice. I loved that we could dock our boat right outside the house.

Great lot!

Second home I have stayed in at the Venture Out resort. I loved this home! Especially the lot it was on. It was beautifully maintained! I could sit on the patio for hours! Home is very clean! Thank you for another great Florida’s keys visit!

Venture Out on canal

The outdoor patio space was very big and nice. Too bad they havent put as much effort to the inside. As stated in other reviews, outdated. Consider it a fishing camp. Most of time spent outside. But when you book last minute this is what you end up with.

The dishwasher was falling out of the cabinet, the window A/C worked but very noisy. The lock to the front door would not work, etc., etc., etc. The outside area was nice.

Property is completely infested with bugs. We had to check for bed bugs we were so disgusted. We considered just leaving but could not justify the cost. Horrible conditions. Owner should be ashamed to rent this property.

Family 2023 week 1

Staying in Venture Out is always GREAT! The unit was clean but the unit is cooled with window air conditioners. On large & two small. It could not catch up. We would cool down about 2 AM and heat back up before lunch. One door casing going down to living area is only 6 ft tall. I am 6'3" and had to walk around parts of the rental bent over. The ceiling fans were at about 6ft so walking inside was not comfortable.
