It was a great stay. The walk to the beach park was nice for when you dont want to drive to navarre or destin. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. We were surprised from the boom of the firework show that was put on. We were able to see it from the property. The house was very clean and comfortable for my family of 5.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely amazing — everything was perfect from start to finish. The beds were super comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and having a washer and dryer was so convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were more than enough beds for everyone. The decor was lovely and cozy, and the showers were hot and relaxing. We also loved how it was just a short walk to a nearby beach park — such a nice bonus. Truly felt like a home away from home. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Walking distance to a small beach and restaurants nearby. The property is just far enough from the downtown and beach traffic to keep you from feeling like you’re spending half your vacation in traffic. The house had everything we needed and the neighborhood was super quiet.

Summer trip

Enjoyed the house. The master is split from other rooms on other side of house. Only criticism would be it’s not as close to the beach or water as pics make seem. The pics of beach are a city park that is a block away with no real “beach” use. House is on opposite side of road way from houses with bay view. It’s close. It’s nice, I would have just had it spelled out for expectations.

Had a very nice stay. The owner was nice and helpful. Trying to deal with the lost company was a little frustrating figuring out how to get a hold of someone. Once I got to the right person at evolve they gave me the numbers I needed. Guessing they are a third party renting for the owner. Lovely stay and had an awesome time. Bed in the master should be changed to a much better quality frame. Can’t even sit on it without it squeaking.

House was ok kitchen had a good variety of dishes but the bed room has a musty smell. The gutters were full and when rained the water went over them straight down to ground instead of in them. The yard out side need clean up to help with the mud out back. Could not be outside because of mosqitos.

Convenient Location

When we arrived the house had not been cleaned/sanitized. I had to call someone to come and clean and we lost pretty much that afternoon/evening to her cleaning. That’s fine, things happen. The house is in a good quiet neighborhood.

Cute place very, short drive to the beach

For the most part, this was a cute little house and for the price I would normally expect from a hotel. The house is clean and comfortable for the most part. My only complaint is of the bed in the master bedroom was LOUD. Every time me or my wife moved, it would squeak loud enough to wake us both up. I'd suggest replacing the flimsy metal bed frame for some thing more solid and stable. The beds in the other 2 rooms were fine though and the rest of the house was wonderful.

We had a couple cockroaches. Problems with the sewer system backing up and flooding the bathroom floor. No one showed up after the problem was resolved to disinfect the bathroom floor that was flooded. The bathroom that was flooded the shower had no water pressure. Backyard was unkept lack of grass being mowed

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to clarify a few points:- When the sewer issue was reported, our housekeeper arrived within 30 minutes and did her best to resolve it quickly. She arranged for a plumber to address the clog as soon as possible and planned to disinfect the bathroom right away, but had to come back on two separate occasions as it was not convenient for you when she initially tried to address the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.- The backyard is typically maintained regularly, but our landscaper was unable to complete the mowing before your arrival to avoid disturbing your stay. We’ll ensure the entire yard is ready for future guests.- As part of our pest control routine, the property is treated monthly, and no issues were reported before your arrival. However, we’ll ask our pest control service to do an additional inspection to make sure everything is clear.Thank you for sharing these details with us. Your feedback helps us make improvements, and we hope to provide a smoother experience for future guests. Thanks for staying with us, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again!
