Well appointed, detailed apartment in a renovated heritage building in the centre of Dunedin
Themed on Gaynor Clayton whom opened and operated her photographic and artist studio in 1901 from our building .
Gaynor Clayton faces Moray Place and offers views through the trees to park like grounds of First Church.
Interiors are designed with the lady artist in mind - thoughtful splashes of colour, pattern and texture to inspire. Take time to rest and contemplate or just lounge in luxurious comfort.

Beautiful apartment near the Octagon

This is a beautiful apartment near the Octagon. The apartment came with many, many extras. We stayed with another couple and it was perfect for us all. A great base for exploring, we were able to walk all through downtown and see the sights.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Gaynor Clayton apartment - it was a lovely comfortable space and so central in terms of location to walk around the city. Dan was really helpful (including posting back some glasses we’d left behind) and we appreciated the breakfast goodies and treats that were provided. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommended hidden gem!

Fantastic apartment with fabulous attention detail. Location was ideal for us on a Uni Orientation visit and was very close to restaurants and shops but very quiet. Very cosy, comfy beds and lovely amenities. Delicious supplies for breakfast and a little tipple for the evening went down very well!

Fabulous accommodation in CBD

The Bell Hill Apartments are beautifully appointed in the heart of Dunedin. Tastefully decorated with quality fittings and fixtures, the apartments are a true find. The owners were very helpful and provided some unexpected little extras which added to the experience. We would definitely stay here again.
