The house was just how it was listed and was clean with all the amenities. The communication was great with the homeowner and the house was in a great location.

It was very pleasant. Everything was as advertised or better. The Wildlife is Amazing. Good AC and Hot Water.
We enjoyed our stay. The couch and beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay. Check in was very easy and owner was very pleasant and responsive.
Went for a much-needed weekend trip to the Pocono's.
This cabin was perfect, very clean, quiet. The communication and ease of renting
was perfect.
Would definitely recommend and hope to come back.
Four adults were very comfortable in this perfect cabin in the woods. We had an amazing weekend in this cozy cabin. Very well stocked with kitchen items. Beds very comfy, couch and indoor fireplace were perfect place to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon. Very convenient off of the highway but feels very remote and private - easy drive to great hiking. We will absolutely stay here again!
Our family really enjoyed our weekend trip to this property. We had a great time exploring the local area during the day and coming home to this cozy A-frame at the end of a long day. We were lucky enough to be greeted by a herd of deer wandering through the backyard every morning and evening which was the icing on the cake.

Great Time for two families
This the first time of doing a rental and not a hotel stay. I will do this again. It was a great opportunity for two families to get togheter and enjoy the fall weather that Pennsylvania has to offer!!
Place was perfect for our family and location was ideal. However, the overall cleanliness was poor. We found leftover shirt and underwear from previous guests. Dishes and floors were dirty. Along with the deck.

Competition Weekend
I traveled to the Pocono's for a Tough Mulder style competition. I stayed at this location which was close to the event. Very clean, peaceful, and exactly what I needed. Very easy communication w the owners.
Very nice place. A few flaws like kitchen sink coming unglued, fridge icemaker broken and hanging down in freezer, sliding glass door was broken and unlocked and towels left in washing machine and smelled. Other then that we really liked the place. We will be back.

Family Trip
Looked to get away for a few days with my family when Joe mentioned his place. We took him up on his offer and loved every minute. The bunk room was perfect for our 2 small boys. Property is secluded in the woods which is a nice break from NYC life. Table in the kitchen area is long and wide which is perfect for meal times. Highly recommend.
The house was exactly as expected. We saw deer every day. This house is in a community requiring parking passes and wrist bands for beach access. The only down side is that renters are not permitted to have an outdoor fire.
Overall, it was a beautiful cabin, in nature. Waking up to see deers in the front yard and all of the amazing outdoorsy sounds. I wish i would had stayed longer. The property manager was kind and accommodating. I am thankful for his custer service. My only suggestion is to create a physical notebook which includes the house rules, wifi and internet
Must be critters IN the wall as they scratched loud enough to keep you awake. Kuerig did not work but did also have a ground coffeemaker.
Owner very easy to teach. House a little secluded as it is the last street in the Community. Never had a chance to get to the Community Center. Overall a good stay. GREAT firepit setting!!

Decent place
Nice house. Full of natural light. Pictures tell the story. Comfortable held 3 couples. Kitchen was reasonably stocked. Nice firepit out back. Had a couple of issues. Water pressure at the kitchen sink was very low. Made it hard to wash dishes. Also the BBQ grille was not cleaned prior to arrival and was full of grease. Overall a good experience.
Second time staying here, Ice maker in fridge is still broken off and laying with wires conected in freezer. Front door has same gap in it and has cold air coming in. A simple fix is weather stripping installed this would definetly save money for owners on heating bills. Other then these things the place is beautiful and I would book again next year.
Just what we expected. It was welcoming, cozy with just enough space for me and my family. It gave us the cabin experience we wanted, if that makes sense. We had to reach out to the owner because we didn’t understand how to work internet. Mike was very helpful and made sure we were connected. The community center had everything you’d want for families to enjoy. We enjoyed all the amenities, the club house and pool, the beach was my favorite ❤️. My grands loved the playground and basketball courts. It was so much fun!
We had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to coming back again next year. Loves it!!!

False advertising! No hot tub access
A group of friends and I were looking forward to our skiing and climbing trip in the poconos. In my search for a house, I filtered for hot tub access. It appears that photos that were once on the listing of a private hottub were taken down after I booked it. I messaged and confirm there was hottub access and the property manager responded to me claiming there was hot tub access at the community center. My group went to the community center looking for a soak but there were staff there that were confused about our inquiry and told us we had been lied to. Perfectly decent house with a fire pit and big table and big couch, but unfortunately was misdirected about the amenities.

Needs a serious deep cleaning
We stayed here for a weekend upon arrival we noticed the floors were not cleaned from the last visitors. There were crumbs on the sofa and in the beds. The fridge had a smell to it. The bedsheets had stains and hair on them. There were no extra sheets either. Pictures were misleading. The doors and windows seemed like they haven’t ever been cleaned. Over all location is good, communication was fine, but the upkeep of the place was horrible. We never felt comfortable, especially since we had children with us. Unless they make some serious changes and deep clean the place we do not recommend.
