Villas Lake Terrace with Fantastic View

This large home has 2 lounges, 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 2 powder rooms. The rooms are split across two apartments which makes it perfect for larger groups or 2+ families holidaying together. The home has fantastic views over Lake Wakatipu and include the Remarkable Mountains. It is located within a short walk to town along the shores of Lake Wakatipu so A+ for location.
The space


The property has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 2 lounges and 2 outdoor areas.

The rooms are split across two apartments which makes it perfect for larger groups or 2+ families holidaying together. The home has fantastic views over Lake Wakatipu and include the Remarkable Mountains.

Note: There is no internal door between the units.

On the entrance level in each apartment is the kitchen, dining, lounge & powder room. The lounge has a Smart TV so you can access to your own Netflix account. The views from the lounge and dining area are beautiful.

The property has a lovely garden which is full of flowers in the spring & summer. We also have 2 very old and well established grape vines which guests are welcome to enjoy.

We have a reverse cycle air conditioner/heat pump in the main living areas keeping the house warm in winter and cool in summer. We also have panel heaters in all the bedrooms to keep the rooms nice and warm during winter.

There is an option of hiring a portable spa for the property - please enquire if interested.
Guest access
We have parking onsite for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the garage & 2 in the driveway. The garage has a height clearance of 185cm - please take this into account when booking your rental car.
Other things to note
There are two BBQ's at this property and 2 outdoor dining areas.
This property has lots of stairs and is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
This is not a party house.
There is no connecting door between the 2 units
We use professional cleaners and hired linen to ensure our home is cleaned to the highest standards.

Amazing place

This was the most amazing place to stay. We had 10 of us - 5 in each apartment so had plenty of space. The rooms had everything you needed and the kitchen was well stocked with more than you needed. The views were incredible and it was only a 15 min walk into Queenstown centre. Highly, highly recommend staying here

great location

Lovely property, beautiful scenic views and garden. We had our family in both units and enough space to not get in each others way, everything made better by the breathtaking views. Deborah was also prompt and very helpful :) Thanks again x

Perfect for extended family

Great spot to have all family members enjoy catching up over Easter. Plenty of space for teens, grandparents etc to have relax. Great views of frankton arm and lake. Is a good 15-20 min walk to town with a hill at the end. That was too hard for grandma but ok for rest. Totally works for large groups.
