Highly recommend this rental! Everything was very clean, cozy and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the stream running by, especially at night. We also appreciated how communicative the host was. The rental is just a few minutes from the shopping area in Sedona, but is in a quiet, natural setting. The Pink Jeep tour was great and drove to the Grand Canyon- about 2 hours which was amazing. Just get to any local hikes early-parking areas fill up.
Very close to a lot of hiking and downtown area for restaurants/shops. And having the hot tub to come back to at night after hiking all day was a great bonus. The hosts are also very responsive and helpful if you need anything at the property/hikes to do/places to eat.
This was such a lovely place. Really enjoyed having the deck and hot tub right outside the room and then the creek just being steps away. Very relaxing.
This little studio was perfect. Everything was simple and clean. We loved the way this place is set back from all the busy areas of town while still being so close to anywhere we wanted to go! The big shade trees, running river and hot tubs were magical.
Creekside 17 was better than we could have imagined. Tucked away off the beaten path it with everything you need after a long day of hiking Sedona. Quiet, tranquil, cozy, with with the calming sounds and beaituful views of oak creek less than 30 feet away. Can hardly wait to book our next getaway!
It was perfectly placed. A little narrow and steep to get to but exactly the type of exclusion we were looking for. The creek was very high during our stay which created a great serene environment. Since it had rain so much the hammock was challenging to get to but worth it! It was exactly what we were looking for and will be back!
Amazing property. Great views! Set back a bit in the forest next to the creek. Feels like you're out of town, even though your in town! They were doing construction to spruce up the property a bit while we were there. A little heads up would have been nice but it didn't take away from the experience too much.
We loved the property along the creek. It was easy to go take a dip every day. The rocks are a bit slippery but it feels great! We enjoyed the nice furniture by the hot tub every morning with our coffee and journals. The kitchen was just what we needed to cook our own meals. What we would have liked but weren’t necessary: more clothes hangers, sharper kitchen knives, a bigger cutting board, wood/metal cooking Utensils and access to Netflix in the TV. Overall it was a great stay. We appreciate the space a lot :)

Sedona space for two
I am guessing the space was a former efficiency apartment that had been converted. It was nicely decorated and pretty quiet space. We could hear upstairs guests walking early in the morning but other then that it was quiet. We had difficulty finding the right unit due to info in listing not being accurate. Property managers responded quickly when we reached out. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. One of the windows in our unit did not lock and we were on the first floor. Neighborhood was just ok and it would have been a long walk into town. Difficulty logging onto internet and then listed as not secure.

Great location but...
Firstly, it's a cool chill place. Great location close to the main hub of town but nice and quiet and next to a cool little creek. Definitely a different place to stay. Checking in was easy. And we didn't really have any big qualms. just a few bugs on cabinet doors and window tracks, a couple hairs on the sheets, some of the drywall taping peeling off, and smelled a little musty. Nothing crazy or worth really noting imo, just chalked it up to being an old builing....until our last night.
We were sitting around about to leave for dinner when water started coming into our bathroom in 4 spots from the unit above us. I called the phone number given to me, and told them of the issue and that person told me they would forward it to the property manager; while my wife went upstairs to tell the people renting that unit. Luckily the people upstairs were courteous and turned their shower off so the water stopped. Shortly after I get a text saying the property manager will check out the problem in the morning. I had not contacted them to say the water stopped. Maybe this is me being ridiculous but if I owned a rental place and a tennant that spent their hard earned money on a vacation said they had water coming into their unit I'd be heading there right away to get my eyes on the problem and seeing the severity. Luckily in our case it was stopped temporarily only because we took the initiative to go talk to the people upstairs and they were nice and that it happened on our last night
Clean, cute place minutes from all the hikes we went on. Little weird space to get back into and park, but they’re making improvements in the parking space. I’d suggest this place to a friend.
