Our family of 10 had a great week in the Chattanooga area and our stay in this house. Everything was like it was described online. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub as well as meals and games around the dining room table. My nephews thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table and pool table. The multiple kitchen areas were used as well as the multiple laundry areas. It is so nice coming home from vacation and not having a pile of laundry to do. The only suggestion I have is to pack a few hangers if you like to have your stuff hung up. There is an ample amount of closet space just very few hangers.

This was a great place for our entire family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from UTC. Having 3 bedroom downstairs was perfect for elderly grandparents. The large living room, kitchen, and dining room was great for our party of 10, and the game room and hot tub were enjoyed by my husband and I and our young adult kids. It was too chilly still to get in the pool, but it looked nice, and the front porch was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for our large group with people of all ages. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore places like Cloudland Canyon, Chattanooga, and nearby hiking trails.

House is spacious, private, & convenient to Chattanooga, Ruby Falls, & Rock City. There’s lots of beds & full bath on each floor w decks on front & back. We didn’t use those areas due to the heatwave & plentiful mosquitoes. Nice parking! Good AC. 1st night we had no hot water when top floor folks needed to bathe kids. I thought an element on hot water heater for top floor had gone out & emailed the owner. I got a quick polite response, saying theres only a 40 gal water heater for whole house. (My house for 4 has an 80 gal tank). We had run dishwasher, taken showers, etc & simply used up the hot water. Afterward we staggered showers, hot water use. Water temp is set high, probably to compensate. Families w children should be careful of scalding. Decor is minimal, w no chests of drawers or mirrors in bedrooms so no place to set a suitcase or put clothes in drawers. Many bare walls & windows without shades/curtains. Closets are spacious w many hangers. Main floor bath needs shower mat. Slick, slick!Dining room table is large w many chairs & good light. A table is in the kitchen w 4 stools but no light over it, so it is dark. Cookware is minimal. We bought a skillet as there’s none any kitchen. There’s only 1 large pot, missing a handle. Nicely, salt, pepper & spices are there & charcoal grill’s on deck. Basement is musty w a dehumidifier running, this makes it warm. A few bugs down there. Decks & windows need washed.No regrets staying, but some downsides w the good.

Beautiful house for a weekend getaway

We stayed here for the weekend and it was everything we hoped for! It was clean there were plenty of fun activities to do with the pool table, hot tub, Ping-pong, and easy access to downtown Chattanooga. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting a place to stay while visiting chatt.

Perfect Size and great location

The house was a perfect fit for our group of 14 and the location was great! Only about 6-7 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga. Highly recommend!

Great Family Retreat

We had a wonderful stay at the home, which easily accommodated all 12 of us. The multi-level home, with a kitchen on each level, was a dream. We all had plenty of space to be together, and the pool table, ping pong table and hot tub were huge hits.

Beautiful place to make memories

This is the second year my family has spent Christmas in this house. The place is well kept and spacious enough for all my kids and grandkids. The house has a gameroom with pool and ping-pong as well as a hottub which ensured everyone had something entertaining to do. We hope to be able to spend next Christmas there as well.

Nice Big House with Plenty of Room.

The house had enough space for our 3 families. Plenty of games to play for the kids. Great location to lots of places to visit. Kitchen was mostly stocked with everything we needed. Wish they had a working gas grill.

Family trip

The positive is that if you need a large house close to all attractions this house meets that requirement. We were disappointed that the hot tub was broken on our weekend trip. The area is a little run down but no one bothered usand you are on a hill out of the way.

The house was beautiful but when we arrived we found several things in end stand drawers, and underbeds.The back porch was also quite dirty when we arrived and there was a dirty dish in the sink. Other than all of that we had a very enjoyable stay!

Great place for big group

Excellent house with lots of space. My friend group had plenty of sleep options along with bathroom space. Beds and bean bags were comfy. Communication was fast. Would return again!

Large home on a Mountain

Beautiful home till you start looking at the fine details. There were serveral things thats needed to be addressed, hoping they are fixed for next tenents.
