Disappointed

Basement was musty and futon looked dirty and lumpy. Like someone had in college had kept too long. There were no directions to K G. No directions for the lock.

I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay. I wish that you had called the office so we could have resolved your problems promptly. The Arrival email that you were sent contained all the information along with the office address for key pick up. After speaking with you and emailing several times over the course of making the reservation, it is a shame you did not notify me of your concern with the basement. Other renters have given wonderful feedback and there are many repeat reservation requests for 2023. This review comes as a major surprise and upset. I hope that you will stay with us again in the future.

Blue House

The house is well situated to getting to Mayflower easily by bike or walking if you drop your equipment off first or have a push cart to carry everything. The house itself has a beautiful back lawn with plenty of space for lawn games. There is a big garage, which was a real plus for storing bikes. In the garage are numerous beach items. The upstairs is beautiful with a large, modern kitchen, eating area and sitting space. We found our bed to be very comfortable. The only issue is there is mold in the garage in one area on the ceiling. The scent of that mold seeps into the downstairs bedroom, which is a lovely, spacious area with a private bath.

Great house, great location

The house was great - it had everything we could ask for, multiple sitting areas, inside and out. Outside had a relaxing hammock, a firepit, an awesome reading nook. Inside had multiple common areas, comfortable seating, a nice deck and a very well supplied kitchen. Additionally, the house was on a lighly traveled street but a 4 minute took us to a major street with multiple stores and restaurants.
