My house is in Milenio III which is a short drive from downtown Querétaro. It is also very close to excellent clubs, restaurants and bars.
My house has three floors and four bedrooms. Amenities include fully stocked Kitchen, Fully Furnished Living Room and Dinning Room. Patio with Washing Machine. The House has 3 Bedrooms fully furnished. Master Bedroom has a balcony and private bath. Third floor has an office room and a Family Room with large television. Beautiful Roof Garden on the third floor with gorgeous canyon views. The Community here also has a heated indoor pool that is available 7 days a week.

Why they chose this property
I bought this place because it is safe and also very close to downtown Queretaro. I also like this spot because it is cooler in the summer and has a great view of the undeveloped Canyon which features some gorgeous views of the high desert.
What makes this property unique
Here you have a private gated community that is safe for kids and also very close to downtown. The Community here features a heated indoor pool, soccer court and basketball court as well.
