Fun trip

The property was great. But we had a homeless person living on our front steps the whole visit. There were used hypodermic needles laying around. Very scary considering this is directly infront of school.

Good location and place, but terrible maintenance

I paid for a 3 bed, 2 bath and technically got that, but was unsatisfied. One bedroom is in the front living room with poor sound insulation and no privacy. The French doors didn’t close all the way and were unreliable and there is no coverage from the front view, so people from the street can see right in through the front window. There was a camera looking into the kitchen (supposedly from the neighbors). Bathroom window also has poor coverage as there was no curtain and neighbors could potentially see through. Only had enough utensils for 4 people at a time and one frying pan, no cutting boards, but had some pots. One of the bathroom showers did not have hot water and the toilet kept breaking (stopped flushing due to inconsistencies with the chain). The hot water overall was a bit finicky. We contacted the manager to fix the shower problem, and they said they would get back to us twice, but never did. So five of us had to share one shower for our entire 10 day stay. The upstairs residents were always stomping around and making tons of noise, disturbing sleep and forcing us to wear earplugs. Otherwise, great location as it’s walking distance from Frenchman and Bourbon st. But it’s across from a school or daycare, so you may wake up to screaming children! The check in process was easy and it was nice to not have to deal with a key since it’s a digital number lock for the door.

Cute, walkable, and spacious apartment

Loved staying here with friends! House was clean and comfortable, offered the six of us plenty of space, had nice amenities, and if we needed anything at all - they were quick to help. The house is walkable to Frenchman St / French Quarter and was the perfect spot for a long getaway weekend. Would recommend staying here.

A little Gem

Great house and space, overall clean and comfortable beds. Neighborhood is okay, you will need to take Ubers to get to and from the French Market and Bourbon St. Overall, would recommend this house and would stay again if every in NOLA.
