Over all the studio apartment was great. I do take issue with calling the space "elegantly designed". Maybe it was when it was first built, but now its more upscale LaQuinta so please manage your expectations. My huge issue with this place/listing was that it leads you to believe that parking is free and guaranteed as part of your stay. This is not the case, or at least it was not my experience. I arrived late at night due to a cancelled flight. When I got to the parking lot, it was full. I looked for additional parking and the only other parking that was close (where I felt safe walking close to midnight through the neighborhood) was at a nearby park which was only 2 hour parking. I parked at the park lot and walked with my bags and groceries to the property. I then called the 24/7 property service line to see what my options were for parking as I could not leave my vehicle overnight in the park lot. My only option was a pay to park lot a few blocks up. The customer service guy was nice but unable to tell me anything I didn't already know and that there "should be a space" in their lot. So I went back out close to midnight, moved my car to the pay lot down the road, and walked back. I spent around $15 on parking. I was able to park in the building's lot after that. I just wanted to make sure that anyone thinking of booking this place was aware that you may end of having to pay for your parking as well as walking a block or two to get there.

Small cute and in a great neighborhood

Everything you need for a little weekend get away. Walking distance to a cool vibrant LoHi area. Scooter ride away to the stadium and downtown.
