Nice stay at Sonder Property in Jeweler's row

Very nice apartment and a great value for staying in downtown chicago. Only issue was our specific unit was at the end of the hallway located right next to the "L" train tracks so it was very loud.

Family Visit

Family of 4 (2 college age children) in town for family get togethers. The unit was clean and perfect for 4 (our 19 year old slept on the couch). The location for tooling around town was perfect. But if you are at all a light sleeper or plan to hang at the flat, it is not a good location as it is right above the L train. You may think it won’t bother you but it is extremely loud and no noise machine will work to drown it out. They should have made these units storage vs rental. We would stay in this location again but NEVER at this unit.

Great location

Stayed with another couple for St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Perfect size, great location. Walkable to the river, bars, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and museums.

Great property; communications need updating

The property was ideal for our purposes, although, if you don't sleep soundly, the routine noises of the Chicago "L" might keep you awake. Property was very clean, secure, easy contact-less check-in with clear instructions. Provisions were nice: coffee, toaster, hot pot for hot water, bathroom toiletries, extra soap, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, etc. Communicaton with the company was difficult: their app is ineffective, requiring the user to start a new inquiry if the previous chat is left for ANY reason, slow to respond or no response, lack of continuity between staffers in the apps chat, and obvious disconnect between the people you contact and the people that are on-site or near-site who actually "do the work".
