Recently renovated with unobstructed ocean front views from this end unit condo located directly across the street from the beach. Central air conditioning, and two bedrooms with extra sleeping in the lower level. The lower level has the third bedroom with no bathroom, which has a bunkbed with a double on the bottom, and a single on top with a queen size pullout couch. Two decks with ocean views, one deck off the living room and another deck off the upstairs bedroom. Outdoor furniture.
Parking for 3 cars only.

Pros-Property was clean. View is beautiful.I was told that there is only a drip pot coffee maker.There is a Keurig available.Pots , pans, dishes, silverware , dishwasher and a AC worked fine.Two bathrooms.Cons-Trash can was not cleaned, food had dripped out of a trash bag and dried at the base of the trash can. Everybody pays "cleaning fees", other than the toilet, I would think that this would be one of the most important things to have cleaned. We had to soak it and scrub it out, but we still had a gnat problem for a few days.There are 3 flights of steps.MB is on third floor.MB mattress very soft, slants on the corners, or sinks in the middle.If you are use to a firm mattress, this bed is not for you.If you are visiting Newport or Providence , you will have 45min-1 hr drive, and the parking in these two cities is costly! Know before you go.Check parking reviews!If you are going to Block Island, It is very convenient to get to the Ferry (3 miles away) you will still pay for parking at the Ferry.
