Convenient and larger than listing pics

We loved this place. It was super close to the free bus to the ski resort area. Plenty of space for 8 adults. The property managers are on top of everything.

Good location

It was clean, but could use some updating. Good bed configuration for our 8 adults/kids. Good location near free bus but also easy walk to base area. HOA does a good job keeping snow plowed so easy access & parking.

Perfect Steamboat location

Great experience! Location was perfect with ease of access to all that Steamboat has to offer. Condo is perfectly laid out for everyone to spend time together, yet still have privacy. Everything you need is available at condo. We appreciated the sleds, 2 car garage, and all the extras such as seasoning in the kitchen (and the little things you don't think about such as baggies, aluminum foil, etc.). Thank you Jason for making this a stress free and well supplied vacation!

After hour check-in Nightmare

We had an unexpected emergency and we're unable to call in prior to 6pm for our late arrival. Once on the road (7pm) we called the number on the reservation paperwork and email. We were told we had no reservation and they couldn't help us. After making 5 different calls, being on the phone for over an hour and being told we were out of luck and could sleep in our car ... We finally found someone willing to do a little leg work. The security office had 6 late check-in packets ... It was as simple as that. Will never stay here or use this management company again. When we let them know how frustrating this was, the reservation manager, Kelly, made many excuses and never apologized.

Met our needs perfectly

This was a very nice property that accommodated our needs to house a portion of our cycling team. It was great to have a garage to store our bikes and a fully functioning kitchen to prepare meals.

Perfect Family Place

Our family of 5 loved this place. Great location in Steamboat, as well as being close to the free bus stop. All three bedrooms have bathrooms, which our teenage daughter loved having her own bathroom. Large and spacious and feels like home. It was nice that this place had a garage as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Liz was awesome, and Kelly was great too when Liz was out of the office. They never seemed phased by the confusion of our group trying to organize our rentals, and always followed up with us.
