Welcome to the quiet Sunrise Suites community located on the southeast side of Key West. Just 1 mile from the beach where aqua blue waters & loungers await. Only a 10 minute ride to downtown Duval Street restaurants, attractions & nightlife. Sunrise Suites is a 2 bedroom condo complex where each condo is individually designed & decorated. your stay includes access to all of your must-haves: shared hot tub, amazing pool, walking paths, biking trails, tennis court & laundry facilities!

The Space:
Sleeping up to 6, this condo includes a master king suite, a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and ice maker the Margarita Suite kitchen is perfect for at-home dining. There is central AC at this unit as well as internet, TV, and cable. Soak up the island sun on the pool-facing balcony with outdoor seating for 4. Don’t forget to bring your furry friend along for the trip in this pet-friendly condominium community you have plenty of walking trails to get your steps in!

Guest Access:
Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to check-in to enter the unit.

Shared Community Features: Hidden on the east side of the island, the Sunrise Suites community is home to a large heated swimming pool, hot tub, shared washer/dryers, complimentary gym and tennis courts.

The Neighborhood:
Margarita Suite is located inside of the Sunrise Suites Resort Community located just minutes away from the World Famous Duval Street and its vibrant restaurants, art galleries and nightlife. Inside the community you can find a corner store, spa, walking and biking trails. It is also located just a short drive away from the nightly Sunset Celebration and entertainment at Mallory Square.

Getting Around:
Parking Information: There is 1 private parking spot located under the building for this condo.
For additional parking: there are spots located around the perimeter of the building available on a first-come first-serve basis. We can not guarantee close proximity to your unit or availability.

There are a variety of great ways to explore Key West including by bicycle, pedi-cab, moke, scooter, golf cart, Uber, Taxi, or by feet. As this unit is located in downtown Key West, many attractions are within walking distance. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

Florida Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds and chairs were comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the patio, which overlooked the swimming pool. Easy access to the sites and sounds of Key West.

Will not stay at location again

Condo was fairly clean (a few dried gnats stuck to the tile and tile in kitchen broken but covered with rug). Bed was very comfortable. Appreciated own parking area. Area quiet at night. Listing indicates washer/dryer. Was not clear until after agreement signed that w/d located bottom level of building. Later stated that w/d were coin operated. Not true. Had to use debit/CC or an app. Could not get debit/CC to work and eventually downloaded app. Minimum amount to transfer into app 10 but did not need this much to wash/dry. Maintenance man pounded on door and then let himself into condo while I was alone, cooking breakfast. There is only one lock on door. Stated he must have wrong unit. I contacted host who apologized and would let management know I recommended a secondary lock that would provide additional security. This lack of safety was disappointing. There were minimal towel racks in master bathroom to allow towels to dry between use. Soap/shampoo provided had an odd odor and we did not use.Condo needs an update.Location less than desirable for Duval St (this was our fault for not realizing this). About 1.75 miles from Smathers Beach. The pool was clean/nice; water was bathtub warm.

Property was well kept on the exterior. Pool and Spa was excellent. The unit was good, however some finishes were a bit worn and I had some difficulty shutting off the TV. All in all we had a great experience.

Easy access. We enjoyed the location near airport. Pool is nice! Elevator is slow. Condo is fine. Our door lock quit working but they fixed it first thing next morning!! We liked it here and would stay here again!!!!

Alaskans Searching for the Sun

We had a great time in Key West to celebrate my birthday. 5 of us stayed in the condo so we used the “new” sofa bed. It didn’t have a quality mattress but was comfortable enough. A few keurig pods (and they had a full coffee pot too), lots of bath toiletries and just enough tp & pt were provided and even 1 box of tide which was nice. Could have used some spices, saran wrap and ziplocks so bring your own, as there wasn’t even salt & pepper. Location is right by the airport and the building and unit are dated but we had a great time and enjoyed the pool. Management was very responsive to a limited questions and check in and out were probably some of the easiest I’ve ever experienced.

Wonderful Key West mini vacation

Good location if you have a car, otherwise it would be difficult. For us it was perfect, we were able to go into town with no problems. I particularly liked having our own parking space right by the elevators and under our unit. We’ll be back.

Great Stay for Multiple Guests

Enjoyed our stay. The property management was exceptional in getting info and accommodating throughout. Our group of 6 fit comfortably in the space for sleeping arrangements. We were able to relax in the condo for our stay and even enjoyed some time out by the pool in our down-time. The only reason for the 4/5star rating for cleanliness was the bathrooms did not meet entirely clean expectations upon arrival. Otherwise the property was well-kept.

Very nice condo

The condo was clean and comfortable. It did not have a washer/dryer which was expected. However the building laundry facility was terrible. It requires an app you must download and use to pay for machine use. The laundry room was too hot to stay in so we had to bring our laundry to a laundrymat in town. I only dropped one star buecause everything else was good.

Please add more hooks in the bathrooms, the shower curtain in our bathroom was not connected to the wall and the remote in the queen size bedroom did not turn the TV on and off.

Clean and Comfortable

This condo is as listed. Very convenient and clean. Covered parking is provided. Bed was comfortable. Was well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. It's a little far from Duval but it was not a problem for us because we rented a scooter.

Nice apartment but comes with warnings

Overall the apartment/condo is ok for 2 couples. We were there 5 days. Pool and spa was nice. Inside the condo - cleanliness could improve, no kitchen towels to wipe anything down with, we had to buy toilet paper only one extra roll, only had one garbage bag, the sliding door was off the track and hard to open. It’s extremely loud throughout the night, you can hear anyone around you. Airplanes/jets are extremely loud during the night and start around 7 am. The pool only has about 15 chairs for the entire condo.

Excellent Stay

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful condo. The place was clean, spacious and suited all of our needs. We were conveniently located at all major attractions in Key West. Communication with the host was paramount. Will book again!
