property was nice but our reservations was oct 23 thru oct 26 and when we tried getting into our place at 12:30 am the night before she locked us out and we could not reach her by phone or message she finally reached out to me at 3:30AM in morning said she was traveling and had days mixed up on when we was checking out and locked us out not acceptable we had a early flight how does someone lock you out of your room that was paid in full for those dates and then not answer or message you she should have a emergency number in case of a emergency like this

The correct information was entered into the locking system so the code would have worked if properly entered. This was Fantasy Fest weekend, the biggest event of the year. I don’t believe she entered the correct code after returning home after a long night out, therefore she took it upon herself to kick down my door causing hundreds of dollars in damage. I definitely wouldn’t rent to this person again. Beware!
